  I can't remove the MP (Canon MX350) drivers in my computer.  In the Remove Programs option request to remove the drivers but he tells me that the driver files are currently in use and is abandoned.  I deleted all the other software printer with no problems.  The printer has been set up with Wi - Fi.

  Finally, I stumbled upon you are the indications you mention in step 1 above and finally managed to remove the MP drivers with the Remove programs in windows 8.  When this was removed successfully, I followed on by deleting all associated programs.  It removed all the Archives of the printer on my PC.

  I then reinstalled from the original disc and everything works fine now.

• PIXMA mx350 is unable to find the access point

  My printer won't find any long my access point. You can find that everyone in the building, just not mine. I tried to kick it. Still no luck. My network is fine. My computer is connected properly. It was working fine and then it all came down.

  Looks like you're missing from the Analysis ToolPak.  Visit our Web site; in the software section to download MP Navigator EX.  With the proper drivers installed (you can install your Windows 8 drivers updated on this page as well), the software will allow you to scan over the network.

  This made their appearance in these last weeks, and I've had the printer for more than 12 months (reference at the time of update).

  He has downloaded and moved on the agreement (or as it seems), yet a further reboot shows he has not, as it appears again in update option.

  Canon has already recommended to uninstall all the printer drivers for the printer, then relocation including that similar issues... a very long process.

  Or (and this is what I would do), if everything works fine with the printer, the next time that he shows up, uncheck the box, right-click on it and select "Hide this update." The general rule is if the drivers are available at hardware manufacturers, then never install an update to Microsoft hardware (unless, of course, it's a MS product such as a mouse or a keyboard).
