  I went to check my plug-ins in the program, only to discover that they were all gone. The program worked very well last week, and by clicking on the links worked.

  Versions of Windows beyond Windows XP are not entirely compatible with Acrobat 6. The first version of Acrobat that is supported by Windows 7 is Acrobat 8.1 (is no longer licensed by Adobe). The latest version of Acrobat: Acrobat Columbia, six versions more recent than Acrobat 6. You need to upgrade to get all the features of Acrobat.

  Try to triple - click the text you want to select - it can sometimes be difficult to select text in a document converted. If this does not work, it could be that the PDF document is created from a scanned document and OCR is not enabled when you converted the document. (However, OCR is activated by default when converting via ExportPDF site.)

• Require the browser Plugin with XFA Support for Government Web Sites

  Most of the Government sites I need to use on a regular basis now publishes all their forms to PDF with XFA, a popular this time of year is the income tax.  This is reasonable, because there is no generally available to this end alternative file format.  However, Adobe provides is no longer a browser plugin Acrobat for Firefox or Chrome on Linux.  I cannot access these electronic forms.  I tried using the plug 9.5 Acrobat is no longer supported in, but it is broken in the latest version of Firefox (printing does not work).  There is no other plugin I can find that supports PDF with XFA forms.  How can I regain access to these forms.  When I try all I get a message telling me to install the plugin from Adobe Acrobat (nonexistent).

  My last word: I discovered Adobe have created a road map to get away from delivery of the XFA form where it is not supported.

  Our school district recently upgraded to Acrobat Reader DC - in the past, we have disabled the plugin IE via GPO for Internet Explorer - manage ad - ons with the class ID of the ad-on/plugin

  The class ID is the same on computers {CA8A9780-280D-11CF-A24D-444553540000}, and the object GPO is applied and turns off the plugin

  result with the new version - PDF opens in Internet explore - it is a problem for a lot of reason / especially we have many applications that require the full version and we have seen a lot of reports being pulled from IIS based sites that fail to print.

  It works if I disable the GPO and manually disable the plugin.

  Please check if you have "enable plug-ins" checked in the Preferences of Safari dialog box, on the Security tab? If this is not the case, turn it on and check.

  You can try with another browser and see if it works there.

  Uninstall using its uninstall shockwave program and then re - install and check.

• Functions trust to the reader through browser plugin

  Hi all

  I created a reliable function that works perfectly when I opened my form directly through Reader or Acrobat :-)

  My confidence function does something like importing a file as an attachment to a certain spot on the disc.

  However, when I try to open it via the browser plugin (ie. Internet Explorer) it doesn't work - it only could I hurt? And I have to take into account to make it work through the browser plugin?

  Strange, I have not any problem with the implementation of the functions of trust in the reader. Tried in a browser and not had any problems. Make sure that you have the javascript file that contains your confidence function in the file correct javascript. Anything on the console? Maybe something else in the code, what reader complains.

  (2) JRockit is not available as a browser plugin, and such a feature is not in the current roadmap JRockit.

  Adobe Acrobat - create PDF 1.2 (installed by Adobe Acrobat x Pro) worked upward for Firefox 29. I use this all the time, it's the only way to capture pages with drop-down answers. I started 28 of Firefox. Is there a solution to this?

  This is a bug with plugin blocklisting has been corrected.
  
  You can correct this problem by forcing the blocklist.xml file to update or wait until Firefox updates the file.
  
  This update will remove the gravity = '0' flags in the file that causes the problem.
