  You must have accidentally moved. Click with the right button on the taskbar (this is the bar where is the Start Menu) and make sure that 'Lock the taskbar' is disabled. Then you simply click left and drag it to where you want it to be. Then right-click and check 'Lock the taskbar' so you don't accidentally move it again.

  If you're talking about a desktop computer, there will be buttons on the screen to make adjustments.  It's different depending on the brand and models so you will need to read your user name guide or tinker with it until you understand.
