My computer keeps losing my printer. Why? How can I solve this problem?
After that I got a computer Checkup, my computer lost my wireless printer (it says offline). I called the place did the health check and they suggested that I
try to reinstall the printer. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with the CD, but done with offline, pending removal. Someone in the company who did the health check is out and reinstalled the printer. He looked a bit different on my devices and the former was always there (offline, pending withdrawal), but it worked. Now, a few weeks later, the most recent entry in my devices is gone!
I can't keep having someone come all the weeks to reinstall this printer.
Can someone talk to me through what to do? I'm not very computer savy, but I can follow directions.
I got my answer in a local store: downloaded the updated drivers to reinstall the printer.
