  • I don't have a message to tell me the image my takes up screen is set to full screen. How to disable the who and the fade slow when he goes to fs?

    In Firefox 42

When a site like youtube when I make the video fullscreen it just melted slow useless when it does. And then tells me that it is full screen. I know that it is full screen for two reasons. One, I hit the button fullscreen. Two, the video takes up my entire screen. The message point. Use the fade. How can I disable them?

To disable the fade, you can change these preferences of the topic: config page.

    • full-screen - api .transition - duration.enter: "0 0".
    • full-screen - api .transition - duration.leave: "0 0".

You can open the topic: config page via the address bar.
You can accept the warning and click on "I'll be careful" to continue.

I do not know how to disable the warning, but it might be possible to hide this message with code to userChrome.css or elegant.
This message is displayed for security reasons because a malicious script can switch to full screen mode and take over the entire window without noticing you (i.e. show a fake office).

  • Full screen option full screen interactive

Hi, I have an application full screen that has optional entry controls.  I would like that the priority to be just the only option full screen, and then if the user clicks on the text input area, they can then asked if they want the option of interactive full-screen.

Currently appears not to be possible - instead, I have to check a) is the user already full-screen b) moving back to normal mode and c) hope the user clicks the new button and then propose the option full screen d) is in the affirmative, then full screen and then let them enter their text.

At the moment Flash allows normal FULL_SCREEN_INTERACTIVE, but not to FULL_SCREEN_INTERACTIVE FULL_SCREEN.

Is it possible that this might get fixed, or is it already possible and I just missed how to do?

This can also be useful for games that go full screen and let users use the arrow keys (works with just FULL_SCREEN).

If the user shows the app in full screen and wants to use a method of alternative struggle with no-FULL_SCREEN allowed keys (e.g. WASD), then the app can detect this and then switch from FULL_SCREEN FULL_SCREEN_INTERACTIVE and prompt the user to additional question to allow the use of the keys.

From there, the user accepts either Yes (in which case the app remains full screen and keys can be used - that is, invisible swap for FULL_SCREEN_INTERACTIVE), or it returns to the previous state (FULL_SCREEN).

Currently, appears not to be possible to do so - the user must use the event to return to NORMAL windowed mode, and then have the user click again to enter the FULL_SCREEN_INTERACTIVE guest mode.

    NORMAL-> FULL_SCREEN_INTERACTIVE: Possible

FULL_SCREEN-> FULL_SCREEN_INTERACTIVE: NOT Possible (but should be)

  • Problems with the option full screen

I am able to use the option full screen, but it is really not full-screen. It fills just around the top of the window, I am in. I see again my tabs open and menu bar and it's really annoying. I was wondering how to solve this problem. I would like to upload a screenshot, but apparently there is a size limit for images.

Try to rename (or delete) the file xulstore.json in the Firefox profile folder.

You can use this button to go to the Firefox profile folder currently in use:

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.

    • Put yourself in the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance
    • Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode safe
  • I have to move the mouse to load pages

    Hello
I am running version 34.0 Firefox and I have to move the mouse to load pages or videos. I don't have to do this problem in Internet Explorer, Firefox only.

This problem can be caused by malicious software.

Make a check of malware with several malware scanning of programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs, because each program detects a different malicious program.
All of these programs have free versions.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before scanning.

Alternatively, you can write a check for an infection rootkit TDSSKiller.

  • I can not re - set the option full screen to normal.

I put the screen in full-screen, and now I can't re - set as a normal screen. How can I cancel my mistake?

Firefox uses the F11 function key to switch between normal and full screen. Or, if you drag the mouse all the way to the top of the screen and right click, you should get the option to exit full-screen. Do any of these work?

  • Whenever I have press F11 or click full screen, my address bar and the tabs will not go down as they normally do. How can I fix it?

I recently hooked another monitor to my laptop, that was when the problem occurred, but even after restarting Firefox * and * my computer, it did not always work. By collapse, I mean when you press F11, the open tabs and the address bar appear smaller, and then they slide up until what you don't see it (unless you mouse over). Please help me solve this =)

    Thank you!

You can right click on the tab bar or the Navigation bar mode full screen (F11) and make sure that "Hide toolbar" is enabled.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

    • Do NOT click on the reset button on the start safe mode window or make changes.
  • I customized my Firefox mode full screen by clicking on the option full screen. Now I do not get it back to normal even after restart of firefox and even restart my system. How can I get that back in normal view? Thank you!

  • I upgraded to 5.0. The image is now my full screen. To see that the tabs I have open, I have to push my cursor up against the top edge of the screen, where it will appear in the display.

In the improved version, the image of any page Web I'm on fills the entire screen. There is no info either the top of the screen or at the bottom of the screen, just the image of this Web page. If I push the cursor upward against the top of the image, then two nav bars pop open, one with a list of open tabs or windows and the other with a place to type the URL from another site, as well as on the right of the icons for Greasemonkey, etc.. Pushing against the background of the image icon does not produce anything.

F11 activates / deactivates the full-screen mode - turn off.

Click full screen to display something and now can't get rid of it.

  • Firefox does not appear in "partial" mode I can't get the display full screen or reduced display, not the intermediate partial screen window.

The 'partial screen' icon does not work. When it is selected, the screen is reduced to the minimum. (Hover displays the text 'restore down', that doesn't look right.)

When the screen is reduced to a minimum, I have to hover over the preview, right - select optimize for any screen at all, and it's the display full screen.

Difficulty? I tried to uninstall/re-install has not fixed the problem.

Hello rclacher, try this to reset the settings of user interface in firefox: go in firefox > help > troubleshooting information, click on file/show profile folder and close all firefox windows later. a windows Explorer window should open upwards - in there remove the file named localstore.rdf - it will be regenerated the next time you launch the browser.

  • Impossible to get my work song go full screen. Worked well at the same time, and I click Ctrl

I have windows 10 on a Lenovo laptop. I downloaded the images from the internet and using them as work for each song in iTunes. The use of ability "full screen" to work properly, but now it is (in gray), and I can't get the photos in full screen to come. The small images at the top still are appearing, but I no longer use (CTRL + left CK) to enlarge. Help, please.

CTRL + click piece works here.

Because you're running Vista what version of iTunes, you're running? You should be on 12.1.3.6.

  • Calendar resumes always full screen with black bars at the top and bottom

Calendar always starts like that. I can reduce and enlarge the window, and the problem disappears when the application is open. But once I leave the app and re - open, I have the black bars and minimize/maximize again to get the calendar view full-screen. Seems to happen on the screen of my Air and when you are connected to an external monitor.

    Thanks in advance

    Hello

I have the same problem.  I had this bug with 10.11.x for awhile and then he suddenly stopped.

I don't really know how...  Maybe it was a cleaning with Onyx, but I'm not sure.

Since the upgrade of 10.11.4 today the bug came back.  I ran Onyx on the system without a bit of luck so far.

@xryancx: do you have that you have installed a beta version of Mac OS X?  It was my case (El Capitan GM) but I did upgrade to the official, as soon has - it is available on the Mac App Store.

Some people think that I've noticed is that the bug does not affect view DAILY.

    Step to reproduce:

    1. Calendar launch (you'll get the bug full screen)
    2. Exit full screen
    3. Click on daily view
    4. Return to full screen mode
    5. Calendar of quit smoking
    6. Calendar lunch again (there is no bug with day mode)
