  PDF to Word, Excel or any other format conversion is one of the most complex things, you can try to do it with a PDF file.   Save the attachment to the office and see if you can open it by clicking on it.  If not, then right-click on it and see what is the file extension and that help you find which program you may need to open it with.  If it is a pdf file, then you must have Acrobat Reader on www.adobe.com.  If not, ask your real estate agent what format the pictures are in?  If you can't see all the images in emails, then see www.oehelp.com/noimg.aspx
