  I managed to solve the problem.

  It was so simple:

  Newspapers, I noticed that: when you try to join the host to vCenter, he was questioned on the vpxResultFilter.xml file and could not find it. (the file was somehow been renamed. #vpxResultFilter.xml)

  I copied. #vpxResultFilter.xml to vpxResultFilter.xml as below and voila, it worked.

  Sorry - it took me a while to get to try everything.

  I tried all that and it didn't work.  Then I found the 'Lenovo' tools/help - no matter what and let this process of updating everything, and now it works.  I'm guessing it drivers that needed to be updated, but I'll probably never know.

  I wonder now if I have to go back and "A" check that you have suggested, although it works.  It doesn't seem to be a good idea to allow applications to take control of my speakers and microphone - but I do not know!

  Ahhhh. Now how the hell I guess than that?

  I discovered by chance after the update my version of Skype 3 times, including recognizing the "this version will replace the older version on your computer", he has done far not at all! I had to drag the Skype Application to the trash icon and "empty trash" to delete the old version completely.
