My subscription will not work, my Lightroom is still a trial version

Today, I agree with the Creative cloud for the photographer.
I already had the trial version of Lightroom, but it has been exceeded.
And now that I subscribe, Lightroom always tells me that my trial version has expired.
My creative cloud app works, I log on adobe
I've desinstalled and reinstall Lightroom
I connect and delog
I restarted my computer...
And yet, it does not work. It's as if I would never subscribe to nothing
(and yet, when I go to my account, Adobe told me I did and I paid)
I'm going crazy, what can I do?

You must install Lightroom 5.4 using the CC Application Manager. Prior to this, follow these steps.
Uninstall the trial LR 5.4 (Mac drag the application from your application package under) victory use Control Panel to uninstall. Your presets user, catalogue etc. will remain in place. Reboot your system, then to open CC Application Manager and download LR should be available for download. You will not actually enter the serial number.
The two applications are the same just the licensing procedure are different in the creative cloud.

Keyboard shortcut tab does not work on the first cc pro trial version. Is this normal?
Downloaded a trial version of the first cc pro on my new iMac 5 k. Don't really know why I've bothered I'll get the full package anyway. Thought I run and pop in some "dailies" to another project, everything worked fine until I tried to customize the keyboard shortcuts. I press the tab and nothing happens. Is it because it is a trial version?
Sorry for the slow response. Recently, I've been up to my eyeballs in work! (not a bad thing). Ronin thanks for your help. I had a quick glance at this link, and there are some useful things there.
It turns out that I solved the problem otherwise. All I had to do was clear my settings synchronized and then re-sync! can you believe that! Now when I select shortcuts keyboard in the window menu opens and I can customize it further. Before, nothing happened when I chose keyboard shortcuts in menu drop down!
Maybe it's a weird solo bug that only happened to me, I hope that no one else suffers this infuriating thing!

Subscription will not work for CS5

You did not no information system, or none of that, so generic questions activation to something on your system interfere all that we can do is guess autour. In any case, this kind of things is better managed by calling support. Also, check on your account that your subscription is actually still active.

Adobe will not work. Lightroom need to work. Tried to uninstall Lightroom and creative cloud, they stopped working when my payment failed. My Satellite C650-110 will not work
Hello
My laptop will not work. It is still covered by warranty Toshibas. The problem is the charger does not work or there is a problem with the connection inside the laptop. When you try and turn on the laptop a yellow light flashes but does not illuminate.
I really don't want to pay for another charger that toshiba may replace it and it is that I could do without spending money.
Has anyone else had the same problem.

Hi everyone, I have a downloaded version of Lightroom 5 (not the web-based version) and my tool bar to the right will not work. I can do everything but tools toolbar won't make any changes in the photos.

My creative cloud subscription does not work, photoshop and lightroom always tells me to connect.
The only way to start any program is by activating the 30 day trial.
After 30 days the software is disabled. Is something wrong with my account?

The crew of support for Adobe has solved it for me.
If anyone else has this problem, try the following.
1 disconnect from creative cloud.
2. close all applications from creative cloud of the Task Manager.
3. delete all the files in the following folders
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache
4 start creative cloud and connect.

I have Lightroom on my iMac and MacBook Air, I just new MacBook Pro, all migrated to Pro air but will not work Lightroom until I have disable it on the Air. HOW CAN I DO THIS?
There is no such thing as disabling Lightroom 5.7. Just uninstall the software.
Looks like you have installed 6 Lightroom on two of your computers (including the MacBook Air). In this case, you must find and launch Lightroom 6 (not Lightroom 5.7 or any other version of Lightroom 5) on the MacBook Air and then in the menu help, select logout.

I am user of Lightroom 5. Consider purchase version 6. Not happy with the subscription option, bcs, it looks like a year of use I will not be able to continue to use this version and you want me to pay more to continue to use LightRoom 6. Is this good? If so - I'll stay with Lightroom 5.

I am running windows 8.1 and lightroom 5.7. AutoPlay will not work... period even though my settings in Control Panel. Try DVD and opens in Lightroom only! Any thoughts?
OK I tried. No configuration work at all. And it is a purchased the LR in a group, set current online copy! I am at a loss. While I love the edition is a computer after all and I think I'll have a bit of scrap Lr if I can't solve this problem.
