Name of the image as metadata

Hi all

Someone has a script of bridge or apple script to copy the name of the image (Image.psd) for a metadata author title caption, etc... without the extension (.psd)

Thank you

}
FT.onSelect = function () {

  }
function AddFilenameToTitle(){
var thumbs = app.document.selections;
if(!thumbs.length) return;
if (ExternalObject.AdobeXMPScript == undefined)  ExternalObject.AdobeXMPScript = new

for(var a in thumbs){
var selectedFile = thumbs[a].spec;
var Title = decodeURI(selectedFile.name).replace(/\.[^\.]+$/, '')
      var myXmpFile = new XMPFile( selectedFile.fsName, XMPConst.UNKNOWN,
XMPConst.OPEN_FOR_UPDATE);
  var myXmp = myXmpFile.getXMP();
        myXmp.deleteProperty(XMPConst.NS_DC, "title");

    As far as I KNOW, web browsers do not read image metadata.

    You should use the alt attribute for this sort of thing, or you might have a legend hidden with 17 languages, if you do not want to display on the web page.

  • How can I remove the user name and the image of Windows XP new Start Menu

    Two questions:

    1. How can I delete the user name and the image of Windows XP new start; and

    2. my computer keeps asking me to press the F1 key to start Windows.  How to skip this part?

    Thank you.

    Hello

    The image of user account can be removed by disabling the Welcome screen. Or, by opting for the classic Windows theme. Follow the method described in this article, if you want to remove the user name and the picture in the Start Menu, without disabling the Welcome screen and Windows XP theme.

    For those who want to delete the user name and the image of user account from the Start Menu, in order to have a blue white Panel at the top, try this:

    How to back up and restore the registry in Windows
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/322756/

    Step 1:

    a. start Windows Explorer and go to this folder:

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft account images

    b. in this folder, rename the BMP file that corresponds to your user account.

    (For example, if your user name is Robert, rename Robert.bmp to old_Robert.bmp)

    c. then rename the following folder:

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft account Pictures\Default pictures

    to something else, for example,.

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft account Pictures\No_Default images.

    Step 2:

    To remove the user name, follow these steps

    a. Click Start, click "RUN" and type "regedit.exe" and navigate to this key:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER-Software-Windows Microsoft\------CurrentVersion-policies-Explorer

    b. in the right pane, the value NoUserNameInStartMenu-value data 1.

    c. close Regedit.exe and restart Windows.

    You'll find yourself with a blue area at the top of the Start Menu.

    Regarding the pressing 'F1' to start Windows, you have made no changes or was there a system crash after which the problem started?

  • How to find the name of the image in E10?

    Hi all

    This may be a simple question, but the question in the moment: is there a way to tell what image name is E10? I have an email with two images that I can't find the names. I tried hover, right-click, looking for a possible name, etc, nothing works! I believe in E9, you could just look at the details of the image, or open the HTML, y at - it something like this in E10? HTML is not an option, as this was built using the e-mail writer.

    Thank you very much!

    Hi Hayley,

    The best way to find the name of an image that was inserted in an email is to send a test e-mail. Upon receipt of the email, use the "Open web version" link to open the email in your browser. Once opened in your browser, right click on the email address and select the "View Page Source" option, this will display the HTML for email. If you follow the natural progression of the email from top to bottom, in among all the content text and code, you should be able to find the names of the image. They will look something like this http://images.response. "/ EloquaImages/clients***/{b823ae52-fb21-4532-882f-b1f4e9cb423b}_facebook.png" width = "27" height = "26" alt = "Facebook" > where facebook.png is the name of the image.

    I hope this helps.

  • Getting the name of the Image of a framework

    Hi all

    I try to extract the name of the image of an image in a doc indd.

    Here is my code,

    I have maneuver to the image thought IHierarchy interface pointer. I confirm even comparing it to kImageType by CAlert.

    But if I try to get an ILinkResource of this image pointer, it sucks. Here is my code snippet.

    ClassID classid =: GetClass (childHier); childHier is the image IHierarchy ptr

    If (classid is kImageItem)

    {

    fullPath = (PMString) "kImageType";

    CAlert::InformationAlert (shortPath);

    ILinkResource InterfacePtr < ILinkResource > (iLinkManager-> QueryResourceByUID (::GetUID(childHier))); <-this is the prob.

    if(iLinkResource == Nil)

    {

    fullPath = (PMString) "nil ptr ';

    CAlert::InformationAlert (shortPath);

    }

    else if (iLinkResource-> CanReveal())

    {

    fullPath = iLinkResource-> GetShortName (kFalse);

    CAlert::InformationAlert (shortPath);

    }

    }

    As a result of obtaining a pointer, I am unable to get the name. I'm doing something wrong?

    Solved by selecting the last image in the folder of the camera.

  • How to find specific images by the number or the name of the image?

    I recorded some insights on my desktop and decided to get some of them. I went looking for them by the number of image (i.e., 18095749, etc.) and there seems to be no way to search for images, if you already know the name/number. How is it possible without going through all the images again looking for ones I want? Thank you.

    Search by image number is the best way. A very common mistake is that you have the correct image type unchecked in your search. Remember that all four types of images or at least not included three videos are checked.

  • The name of the Image file in the preview full-screen bridge to expose?

    While in the "full preview screen" if I enter '5' on the numeric keypad of the file name and five stars appear in the lower left of the screen.

    Is it possible to display the name of the file without getting a label value?  (if the image was already evaluated, entering a '5' would replace the original image side)

    Thank you!

    Brian

    You must watch slide show preferences (Ctrl + Shift + L) and change the caption to compact or full, then you'll see the info.
