named pool: ords_al & ords_rt does not exist

Hello

I'm trying to deploy the new version of Apex listener 2.0.6 now known as Oracle Rest Data Service. Have set up ords.war running

java -jar ords.war

Now, when I run the RESTful in Apex service > SQL Workshop, by clicking on the 'Test' button, the results page fails with a "Not found" error The listener that runs along, displays the message, not found, ords_al & ords_rt.

Mar 26, 2014 3:53:02 PM oracle.dbtools.common.config.db.DatabaseConfig doesNotExist
SEVERE: The pool named: ords_al does not exist

As already indicated in the documents of ADR, the three xml files created on top of location for the config folder, apex_al.xml, apex_rt.xml, names will not change with the new ords.war.

So in the meantime, I changed the name of the file apex_al.xml to ords_al.xml & apex_rt.xml to ords.xml.

Kindly help me to find what I may have missed to set up, what is listener looking for 'ADR' named xml files?

Hello Jareeq,

I re configured all steps of setting up of ords.war, but this time, I renamed ords.war in apex.war and followed the same steps. Now the problem is solved, all these three files remain unchanged with apex_rt.xml, apex_al.xml and apex.xml of names.

Thank you

The service that the error message refers is the HP network devices support service. Try this...

Open the contents of the installation CD, and then open the file "setup." Now you will find either a folder named 'netdevicemanager' or simply 'network '. Open if it is present. Now there should be a file with the same name as the file, but with extension .msi. Right-click on this file and click on uninstall. If you get a message stating that the action applies only to products that have been installed, and then click OK. Restart the computer IF necessary. Now, right-click on the file and click on install. Installation do not normally present a window of 'success' You will just see a bar of progress for a few seconds and disappear. Once this happens, restart the PC and check if the HP Network Device Support or similar service appeared in the list of services. If Yes, then reinstall the software, and it should install correctly.

  • ORA-00959: tablespace 'EXAMPLE' does not exist

    Hi all,

I'm not a DBA, and I'm very basic level with oracle database technology. I want to study to get OCA "SQL Fundametals I" certification.

For this reason I downloaded the "pre built' virtualbox machine with oracle database 11g r2 installed, but I have not found the EXAMPLE of HR and OE schema that is used as a case study for the certification.

Googling on the internet I found that it is possible manually install the schema example.

In the $ORACLE_HOME/demo/schema, I found the mkplug.sql. Run this file with sqlplus I insert the 11 request parameters but the High Representative, OE, and another example of schema are not correctly create.

The error I get in the log file is: ORA-00959: tablespace "EXAMPLE" does not exist.

Please, can someone help me on what are the exact steps to do before running the mkplug.sql file?

Research on the internet I found that the solution is the following: either we create tablespace EXAMPLE in the target database, or we use the datapump REMAP_TABLESPACE option to redirect objects to a different tablespace.

But I don't know about do. Please, can anyone tell me not away in all simply elsewhere what I need to do?

    Thanks in advance.

ndiquez backup file of the database ENTRY for the EXAMPLE tablespace as parameter 9:

Enter the value 9: example01.dfb (not full path)

    Of course, that won't work.

Why wait for work if you provide the wrong file name and path?

I ask you SPECIFICALLY what the name was, and what extension was

    / DBCA/templates /' | ' example01. DFB', done);

That was probably the wrong post. Most of the default extensions are "DBF", not "DFB".

Your data file EXAMPLE01 exist? What extension does?

You said that the extension is "DFB" and I ask you to double check that. That's what you say.

Yes, there are the data EXAMPLE01 file. It is located at the address: u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/orcl/assistants/dbca/templates. Its extension is .dfb (EXAMPLE01.dfb).

You have CONFIRMED that the extension is "DFB" and NOT of DBF.

You MUST USE THE CORRECT ACCESS path, name of FILE AND the EXTENSION.

You have confirmed that the file ' is located at the address: u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/orcl/assistants/dbca/template'. But while you did NOT provide this path in the prompt.

If a file is named A, and you must provide a name of B would you expect to work?

If the file is located in the directory X 123 and you provide directory P789 would you expect to work?

As I said earlier the IMP (import) statement will take a file source and COPY to the destination location, add the metadata of the database.

She did this so that you ALWAYS have the original source file to use again if you want to a different database.

You must follow the instructions of the example and provide the NAME AND path to FULL ACCESS to all files.

Save nqquery.log which connection pool is used to send the query to the DB. Then check the configuration of the Connection Pool to see what user credentials are used to connect to the database, to which database (DSN), and if the table owner prefix is added to the SQL.

ORA-00942 can often be due to the existing table, but the user trying to access him confer no rights. Rather than say 'no permission', Oracle will say 'does not exist.

    Hi AnatoliAtanasov,

Thanks for the response to the stupid question.

    (a) Yes, I have the table created in the database.

    (b) the Data Source connection points to the correct schema.

    (c) Yes. The source is configured with a pool of outbound connections.

    (d) and I have re-deployed the adapter.

    Thank you

    • External Symantec logs have also been verified which show that connections have been accepted by the external proxy server

I tried the following to fix the problem with no joy:

    • Recreate the package
    • Try on a client of SP1 Windows 7 x 86 Virgin
    • Reinstall the latest version of the application manager
    • Reinstall the latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud
    • Add the following sites to Trusted Sites:

    https://*. Activate.com

    https://*.Adobe.com

    https://*.adobelogin.com

    https://*.adobeoobe.com

One thing we cannot do, it is the proxy for legal reasons, that all traffic must pass through there.

So, to sum up, I am able to package and install Acrobat Pro XI on the client machine, but then not be able to run it. I am able to connect to Adobe Creative Cloud and look at property, etc, but the applications tab does not appear.

    Any help would be welcome.

    Hi David,

Looks like a problem with the adobe Application Manager. Can you please try to rename SLCache file location below?

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache

You can also install handler application adobe on a test computer and then install Acrobat by using ExceptionDeployer.exe.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you
    Ashish

  • The network entity VCD... specified for VM... does not exist.

    Hello world

Using VCD 1.5, initiating a paralytic template works fine for me. Adding a virtual machine to an existing empty paralytic was a next task, but I tried to recompose the VAPP without success.

I used the RecomposeVAppParams Block of two other debates, but it did not help either.

The error is the following: message = "the VCD entity network & quot; SupportNet & quot; specified for VM & quot; W7-64Test & quot; does not exist. "The VM in the href Source works well and is in a VAppTemplate. The OrgNetwork "SupportNet" also exists.

While calling the recomposeVApp method, I sent the following XML body and used an existing VAPP, which is completely empty.

    Hi all

I am trying to update the MV using the dbms_mview package but its gives me the following error.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

    See you soon,.

    ATOM

This could be because the underlying source objects are now started to change. Is there any night script that changes or modifies the table of the source? If Yes, this means you will have to recompile the mview before running the update. You can add this line in front of your refresh command.

You won't see this problem in your new instance if you do not change your source object. It could very well be someone changed your source object only once and you won't have the same problem in the future.

Please mark this thread as answered if you think that the problem is resolved.

ORA-4043 on DBA_ View (s) if they are described in a mount Statge [ID 296235.1] *.

It seems completing desc DBA_ views in the State, you have to bounce back or clear the shared pool.

  • Director of BI error when updating Rowcount: table or view does not exist

I use BI administrator 11g. After you create a new repository and import of metadata, I brought the physical model in the MDB layer. When I tried to update the number of lines for tables in the physical layer, I get:

There was an error while updating the number of lines for '< instance >'... "" schema of <>. "' < tablename > '.

I created the connection during the import process pool and tables have been found at the time. But once the import is complete I never update rank leaders. I have access to all the tables in question via the user account in the connection pool.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Thank you

You must check "require fully qualified name checkbox in the connection pool properties. This is necessary when you use the username not owner to access the images database.

This identifier Apple is not simply "composed" without any basis.

    • The iPhone is already possessed?  Maybe it's the Apple ID of the previous owner?
    • Maybe it's the Apple ID you entered by mistake at settings > iTunes and App Store?  Or settings > iCloud?
    • Wouldn't be the Apple ID of the owner of the apps?  You use apps (or music or books) someone else bought?
