  Here is the configuration. I have a xml file from another source which will call a stored procedure in my database (which I am supposed to create). This is a first for me, I've never done development pl/sql or worked with xml. :(
  
  That's what I hoped to accomplish, if there is a better way, that I am open to him.
  In short, to have a stored procedure that takes the xml file (transmitted by third parties via the call, no url must be a file), creates a temporary table and populates the two columns needed.   Property_false value ENABLED also affect the Update_allowed/Navigable FALSE at the same time. You must set these properties to return true explicitly, if that's what you hear ' market do not. Search for 'Propagation of changes to property' in Froms help for more details.

  Get either the Standard or complete package to halfway to the bottom of the page. There is a package tailor-made for 64-bit if your Windows 7 is that the flavor. The 64-bit package is not always necessary, as most of the programs are still 32-bit.

  I spent reviewing the web/forums for an example on how to do this for a few days now.  I managed to get this working in Flash Pro easily enough, but I think I'm missing something when I want to do the same thing in Flex.

  Basically, I want to load an XML file and then set the values of the text of labels 5, equal to the data in the XML file.

  So I have a button created in MXML and have put the following click event:

  The solution does not work. The only thing you need to keep in mind is to first take a full backup of the device via Device Manager and wiping the device, DO NOT remove the third-party applications.

  I had to reinstall all applications that a lot of time.

  Sessions setting is derived from the setting process, and in most cases, there should be no reason to set it and do not touch.

  Setting of 3 sessions is totally, absolutely stupid as background processes with sessions too.
  That could be another reason why Oracle happily choose to ignore your changes.

  You should spend more time to read the documents, in order to avoid further attempts to wreck Oracle and create more havoc.
