  Fear the idea is that you test the software and if you make a purchase. Photoshop is not freeware. If someone were to give you a product key that would be software piracy. It would also be a very stupid thing to do because if you put CS6 on more than one machine their copy may stop working.   Usually the product key is mentioned on a sticker under the laptop or behind your desktop processor. In addition I recommend you contact HP support on this issue.

  • Recent changes to your computer
  • What you have already tried to solve the problem

  Vista recovery media obtain and/or use the Partition Recovery Vista on your computer to the factory settings .

  There is no Vista free download legal available.

  Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

  Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

  In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.

  There are 2 disks of Vista: one for 32-bit operating system, and one for 64-bit operating system.

  If install a cleaning is required with a good DVD of Vista (not HP, Dell recovery disks):

  At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu

  Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

  Dell can send you a boot CD for Windows 8.  I helped a colleague last week said that, in a laptop Inspiron so.  I went to support.dell.com, device used their 'chat with a technical support agent' and the agent we sent a CD by mail during the night and we used it the next day.  It was a great service.
