  You can do in PSE.

  1. Do the math to see how much space you'll need on your canvas to the image and text.
  2. Navigate to the file queue > new.blank. Enter the width & height, background color, resolution 72 px / in. It is your canvas, and in the layers palette will be the background layer.
  3. Copy and paste the image. It turns on a separate layer
  4. Activate the tool move, position the image and resize if necessary
  5. Activate the text tool, and then type your text. It will be on a separate so layer
  6. Position the text.
  7. Flatten layers and go to file > save for web. I'm usually on the long side about 800 px. Don't forget to check "constrain proportions". Adjust the quality slider to suit. You will probably want the type of JPEG file for web work.

  Hi - I'm working on a simple maze program that has the ball which is controlled from the top down. left, right arrow keys.  I made an image of maze in Photoshop and it entered, the Flash CS6 and CC (AS3). I made a barrier wall called wallDet1_mc to test before creating other obstacles of wall. It does not work. The ball passes through the wall every time that I test it.  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.  If anyone has a maze of basic with arrow keys control when their object do not cross over the wall, please let me know how to do this. Thank you.

  Hi everyone - please be gentle. IM new to this. I had a concert filmed using 3 cameras (Panasonic GH4 at 1080 p 24 frames per second and 2 GH2s 23.976 fps.) I am learning to cut pro first. I was doing so good, I used the multicam editing tool to create the different angles and have now a full HD version has exported for viewing online using the high-speed youtube HD preset encoding. My problem is to get the movie on a DVD SD to send to loved ones. I created with success of the menus to DVD etc. Yet and these work as they should and created a chronology of 25 fps and exported 720 x 576 PAL Mpeg2 for DVD SD widescreen. The film seems perfect, but with a little more motion blur, but I have done wrong to something else... The resolution does not. When I play the video when there is boxing on the sides and the top letter played on my dvd player and played on a disc hard tv.  It is, what do I do to get the pictures to fill the screen or the less simply having everything boxing letter up and down? Thank you much for the help.

  So I have a timeline-edited, but I now want to export to fill the screen when played on DVD. What should I do?   IM so confused now...

  When you export your MPEG2-DVD of body, use the "Scale to fill" option (or perhaps the scale to adapt... not in yet, so don't remember the exact name of the option)

  Hi Tod,

  Right-click your title block, and then select change symbol/cartridge to open the title blocks editor. Here's a screenshot for reference:

  

  We will begin by drawing the borders. The blue circle shows the limit of resizing area. Click here to change the size of the area where you want to draw the cartridge.

  Now place the headers (green circle): click on the text icon in the toolbar, type REV1, etc..

  Finally, place the custom fields (red circle), this is the info that you can modify when you double-click the title block. To enter in these select fields fields > Custom Field 1, 2, etc.

  Close the title block Editor, double-click on the title block and enter the information for your custom fields.

  I've also attached the title block I created.

  (1) you must use the same name of card crypto with a number of different order. You cannot use a new name for the crypto map. However, if you want to easily identify the new VPN, just name your game of transformation and crypto ACL with the new name of VPN.

  (2) you can use the same set of transformation if the second VPN has the same policy as the first VPN. You certainly have to use the name of cryptomap even with a different sequence number, such that you can not create a new name of cryptomap.

  1. it seems to me understand that I must use the recovery media to do a new installation I had followed some walkthroughs involving OEM installs in other messages from the forum. If I wanted to have 1511 applied update, is it possible using the downloaded from support.Dell.com recovery media? I wasn't sure if updating to include it that or if I should add that, in my build.

If a user had a license of WIndows 7 OEM and themselves improved to 10 Windows through Windows Update or Windows Media creation tool, my Windows 10 OEM image would work on their system or it would fail to activate? I didn't know how the activation worked on a system that was purchased with a Windows OEM licensing of 10 compared to a system that has been upgraded to licensed Windows 10. I guess it must run the same but wanted to make sure.

  3. I see information about having the build Windows 10 will not be connected to a network during the Setup process and more information that seems to suggest that it might be necessary. I am interested in Windows updates and would like to have some applied before creating my image so that users receive it would have less updates to apply.

  1. Dell has produced a W10 OEM media updated which includes the update of 1511.  If you have purchased a system that includes Windows 10 licenses, you can use the following link to access and download this ISO.  http://www.Dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/drivers/OSISO

When an upgrade is performed from Windows 7 to Windows 10, this system has a digital entitlement based on the checksum of the material.  As long as the image you generate is done with an OEM media and you don't enter a key during installation or add one in the unattend.xml file, it will activate on systems upgraded.

  Just for clarity, the strict answer to your question is 'no': you can't just Lightroom for the same price as the bundle Lr/Photoshop Creative Cloud (CC).

  You can buy a stand-alone license for Lightroom only - that's what Don and Elijah helped you to find - but the terms of pricing (and licenses) are entirely different from those that make up the whole of the CC.

  Also note, it is likely that Lightroom 6 will come before long (although how long is not known): almost certainly, you will pay for the upgrade to Lr 6 If you are on a stand-alone license, then just 5 to 6 (7 and to...) is included in the price of the set.
