IT IS A VIRUS TAKING OVER MY COMPUTER.

IT'S CALLED: XP ANTI-SPYWARE - NOT REGISTERED.

INDICATES THE INFECTED VERSION.

RETURNS AT EVERY MOMENT.  I REMOVE, ETC.

CAN NOT LET ME GET THE WINDOWS SECURITY.

I would sugest refer you to the below link and downlaod Microsoft Security Scanner and run the complete scan to remove any threat of virus/malware on the system.
