• My product code is not long enough to get my serial number for installation

  I bought Adobe Photoshop elements 13 Best Buy last night and I looked EVERYWHERE for the 24 alphanumeric product Code to get my serial number for installation.

  (Phew, that was a mouthful! lol) Product on the zone & coordination brochure Code is there, BUT the code is NOT long ENOUGH.

  There are 6 squares to insert the numbers of the product code, which must be 24 characters, BUT... I have only 19 Alpha-numeric numbers.

  I've been hitting my head against the wall trying to figure out how to install my product, but without the right amount of numbers, I can not INSTALL my Photoshop Elements.

  If anyone has any ideas they would be greatly appreciated!

They had no ducumentation to this effect on their site, and I was not having any problem with SG in PS CS4 then my panic and run ahead of my common sense a little. From SG 3.5.4 seems it's a non-issue. What is the closing of one of these discussions, tag if there is?

  VIN number starts with the AFDB and 19 characters. It appears under the code barcode on the sticker on the back of the box of the product. VIN number also appears on the Bill labeled as Nbr series.

  

  The Code redemption 24 characters and contains alpha and numeric characters. It is printed in black skin off the coast of the sticker on the back of the box.

  

  The serial number is long of 24 characters and numbers only. It is generated when the user enters the Redemption Code in the site http://www.adobe.com/go/getserial .
