• New update InDesign CC (2015); creation of several new documents when opening

  I installed the new update as of today.  When you open a new document, a part of my screen is black and the new tabs are displayed in the form of new files without title.  There is no way to stop it without opening the Task Manager and quit the program.

  I uninstalled the application, removed the preferences and then reinstalled app.  At that the same problem occurs.

  I also checked my keys on my keyboard to see if had stuck.  None found be stuck

  Don't know where you find this - searchinnewtabeenabledbyuser - pref pref invalid, does not exist by default. Could be added pref by an extension, for anyone who posted.

  Browser.newtab.URL is the pref you want - right click and select reset
  Then restart Firefox.

• PDF file always opens in portrait mode?

  Some of my users have found that a problem with the new version of adobe reader x us just installed (10.1.2). I've looked everywhere on the web but cannot find anything that's why I'm here.

  A document always opens portrait also when it is registered in the landscape. When you print a document using the word landscape for pdf, and then by opening the pdf file, it is in portrait mode.

  I'm getting a little bored with the menu New Document always suggesting I use the predefined Document: Quickmaster.  It was fine when I was doing especially shapes shift but we get in a lot of book and I'm tired of having to turn off the background area lost, put in place for the offset printing press.  I don't know even why there is a "Preset" called 'Default' because it never is the default one.  I tried to close all open documents, change document specifications and restarted inDesign as you would be to change the default font, but that has not changed it at all either.  I have a letter of offset size shape in almost a month actually so it is not as he is pulling up a recently used document size or anything like that.  I am running CC 2015 on a mac.  Someone at - it ideas?

  Try file > presets document... and choose the one you want to be default and let create the file, then close it. The shortcut should now default to this preset.

  I use Indeisgn (CC) on Macbook Pro. I worked on files on this computer with the new software Creative cloud for months with no problems. Yesterday, I opened a .ind file to create a new design. It is a blank page and I added a circle with the circle tool. Then, I was unable to move. I am able to resize and change of color/stroke. When I click on it, it does not select. But I can't click on it. I checked and it is not locked on the page. I'm able to move using the arrow keys, but it is very inefficient. I also did some research online and found that some people were talking that he's on a different layer - I have not found that is the question. I've never had this problem before. I tried to quit smoking and uninstalling and redownloading the Indesign software and it did not fix the problem. I also tried to create a new document and opening of old documents I had any problem with before, but the problem persists in all documents now, all the elements on the page (text boxes, images, etc.).

  Thanks Peter. Just got off the phone with Adobe and they told me that Chrome extensions often joke with the programs Adobe CC. They have me remove Pinterest and AdBlock extensions and it works fine now.

  How can I save my pdf so my 4 work plans presents a single PDF PAGE? (I don't want to merge 4 rebounds in a single pdf FILE, but I want to be able to see all the work plans of the 4 side by side in a single file pdf.)

  Can I choose when opening the pdf file, or what I need to record a special way in Illustrator, to have my 4 work plans?

  What you want to do is to convert your work plans by plowing the pages. I tried with CS4 (saving up to CS), and the main problem I've had is having to close the gap that has been previously between work plans.

  Working with work plans, I noticed that the guides that I drag are layers under work plans I do not currently use.  I saw guides that are available in the workspace that are layered above all work plans.  What is the command to switch between the two types of guides?

  The position of the guides depends on what is selected when you drag them off the leaders.

  With a work plan selected, drag the guides of the rule to the canvas. These guides now move with the artboard. You can also duplicate a work plan with the guides assigned to assign identical to the duplicated artboard guides. Alternatively, you can select view > new layout Guide for target work plans you want. To set the visibility options guide, select view > Show > Guides of the artboard.

  Or select a layer, drag the guides of the rule to the canvas. To set the visibility options guide, select view > Show > Web Guides.

  Something that was annoying me greatly is the style of grid and the bottom of the document (not the actual work plan or the canvas, I mean the application background) in the work plan 'mode '. If you select a predefined based work plan (like the web 1920 x 1080) switches the document to the mode of work plans, it seems. • Cannot open new document in MS Works

  When I try to use the Works word processor, I can't get a new document - it always opens the same. That can be done to be able to open a new document.  I have deleted it from the document, and began a new, saved, but when I apply to open a new document, the same one returnes and must be removed before work can be started.

• How get rid you of the "work Plan" and just opened a "Document?

  I am trying to open a new blank document, but the resulting page has the little word 'Work Plan' in the upper left corner on the page. I don't know what a work plan is not something perhaps in Illustrator. I wanted not a "work plan" and even spelling wants to force me to put "target".

  If someone could tell me how and why I'm getting this and help me a little to open a Photoshop Document clear, white, new, I would be so grateful. If you want to tell me briefly what is a 'work plan' and knowing I don't want one and probably never employeront such a thing...

  When you get the screen of characteristics of the document (paper size, etc.), search for "Type of Document" and select what you want.
