  It is 51 Pica - pica is a really normal unit used in the page layout and graphic design. But if you have ever thought to before picas, you can see the units you know more, such as inches or millimeters.   Yesterday I upgrade my Adobe 11.0.10 Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 15.010.20056 player. The tabs interface was pleasant enough, but there are still some limitations with this features, such as,.

  2 > tabs cannot organize, to be moved to a new window and several selected

  I want to disable the new interface to tabs via Preferences > General > open documents in the new tab in the same window (not checked), but after you turn off the new tabbed interface, all new documents open after the first document are not open in a maximized window, they always opened in a restored window.

  No matter what I do, it keeps - on the opening of the second new pdf in this one, restored windows are the things that I tried to overcome this.

  Any chance that you have used the "demo"?

  If your programs Microsoft Office came pe-installed when you purchased the computer, it is a "trial" version
  Trial version is good for 60 days or x number of use, after that it use more.

  If this is the case, you will need to purchase a full version if you want to continue using Microsoft Office programs.

  There is an alternative. You can install OpenOffice which is free. There are programs that work more or less like Microsoft counterparts, and they are compatible.

• Document windows does not use all the available on new monitor display area

  I have a new monitor - a Benq BL2711.

  I have set up as my secondary monitor on display in Windows 8.

  I can put Photoshop (CS6) on this screen and maximize the it, but there is a vast space not used in the document window, which is not used. I want to show a lot more of my images that I can currently, but the document window will not only fill all that screen real estate. A large part of it is lost.

  The panels occupy the right space to the bottom of the screen, but the window of the document (or the display area?) uses only 60% of the height of the screen.

  What is a limitation or do I have to configure something? (I have reset the workspace of photography).

  It is really a shot in the water, but it's the space used by the "timeline" Panel when it is open. Try to check in the menu window and close the bottle.

  Other that that, there are always some good old Reset preferences. Make sure you save the custom actions/brushes/presets and so forth first!

  Documents may have multiple streams of text. Each stream has a tag and an automatic connection property. When filling a stream on a page, a new page is created only if the automatic connection is enabled.

  To display these properties:

  1. CTRL-click the text frame to select it
  2. Choose the Graphics properties object
  3. If the text frame tab is not already displayed, display it.

  I would check not only your pages of body, but also on the associated master pages.

  You should review the new Document profile, you use the most. It is just a file AI that you can modify as you wish and save for future use.

  Whenever I create a new Document in InDesign 6 I can't see the police when I insert a text box.  For example, when I insert a text box and start typing, it seems that something is happening, but I don't see any text.  What seems to be the case, it's that the InDesign, by default, uses the Minion Pro font.  When I change the font, such as Arial, then the text appears.  Why this is happening and what can I do to fix.  Moreover, this is not the case on my MacBook Pro with the Mountain Lion.

  Adobe programs are supposed to find fonts that are in the folder of the system fonts, fonts common Adobe and folder private enforcement policies. I prefer to install all fonts in the system folder, so that they are available to tother so applications.

  You can also close all adobe applications, and then find and remove adobefnt*.lst files where the * is a 2-digit number. Leave all that you will find this is not the number to 2 digits and do not delete everything that isn't the .lst extension.

  A week ago I started having a few problems. All of a sudden the Brush tool did not work, and the layers started acting weird. I rebooted, hoping that it was just a random bug, unfortunately it wasn't.

  As it is today, when you start Photoshop CS5 everything seems fine, but when I open a new document or an old file, regardless of format, nothing happens. The rest gray background and no canvas appear.

  All other products Adobe in my Web Premium package works like a charm, but not even a pure installation of the whole package resolved the problem of photoshop.

  I have updated to the most recent update, but without success.

  If I received an error message, it would be possible to search, but I have nothing at all, just the standard photoshop toolboxes and the background, as if no document is open.

  I have Windows XP Pro 32-bit.

  Processor: Intel Core2 Duo E8400 @ 3 .00GHz

  GFX card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 260

  RAM: 3 GB

  See if the problem persists when you disable the drawing OpenGL (via Edition - Preferences - Performance).

  If Yes, is it possible a Windows Update may have changed (downgraded) your video driver?

  I ask because the kind of thing you see may be caused by the video driver bugs which I believe have already been processed by nVidia (although I'm not sure of your card in particular)...

  This is how I feel on the PhotoShop DOM. You would think that if you know how this one works, you should be able to tackle another, but this isn't my experience. PS is always a struggle.

  But anyway, the problem you describe is known. You would think that facing false setting pages would do the trick:

  myDocument.documentPreferences.facingPages = false;

  but it doesn't work. I've seen a solution developed in Switzerland forum but I do not remember who. When I need a double a master page I just delete a page. After your line

  var myMasterSpread = myDocument.masterSpreads.item (0);

  Insert this:

  myMasterSpread.pages.item (0) .remove ();

  Must be 0, not 1, page because that page 1 is applied to page 1 of the document. One might think that

  Then you end up with a master its inelegant spread with side active pages, so you can always disable that.

  I go to adobe to reboot, restart my computer, etc. and every time I open adobe, this box is always checked and new documents open as tabs. HELP PLEASE! It's driving me crazy!

  Open the CD player, go to the Help menu and repair the installation.

  Now go to Edit > preferences > General > uncheck "Open documents as tabs in the same window", click OK to confirm the changes & revive CD player.

• Default unit preference Illustrator CC 2015 not reflecting is not in the new document to pop-up menu.

  I recently improved and updated to Illustrator CC 2015 19.0.1 (Windows). I seem to have a persistent problem since I upgraded from CC to CC 2015 2014. I put all the preferences of the unit by default to millimeters, but when I create a new document the units from the drop-down list are always in points (until I manually select the drop down menu to find millimeters it). Once the document has been created all units are in millimeters, as it should. Before CC once preferred by default unit in 2014 has been set to millimeters the new pop-up menu also default document would display the dimensions of the document in millimeters. Is this a bug that needs to be address or there at - it a setting I'm missing?

  The problem has now been corrected since the last update to Illustrator (19.2.0). Thanks to all who responded.

• How change the font on the Format RTF model so that all NEW documents are defined on this font when creating.

  I want that all new documents I create using the comic strip without police set to 12pt size, but when I create a new document, RTF, it always comes down to the air police in 10 point size.

  I tried to change the font and size then SAVE AS a document rich TEXT in Wordpad, but every time I create a new document is Arial 10 pt text.

  WordPad is a very basic word processing and does not support contain many advanced features such as types of start-up documents templates and so on.  You would need to buy a real processor for these capabilities.
