• Speech to the new line number or paragraph text

  If I use my speech to text on Evernote function to type part of my notes from class. When I use commands like a new paragraph or new line happens. I don't have a say "What is new subsection of Psychology question mark" and this was the result.

  OK, you have a lot of Add-ons, I though I had loads, but I think that you beat me.

  You have the add-on Thundebirowse installed, I think that the elements are in the toolbar that provides.

  Tools menu > Add-ons and disable Thunderbrowse and I think they will disappear.

• New lines are not included in the formula of TOTAL in the footer cells

  I have a table in which I put a SUM formula in the line of the footer for a total of the column over a series of columns.

  It was that I could drag the icon '=' under the table to add additional lines and the formula of the SUM comes automatically adjusted to include the additional lines added.  Now, so that the total cell of the column to include values in other lines, I have to individually edit the formulas and drag to include the new lines in each formula of TOTAL.

  What on earth did I screw up?  I googled this 1 million ways and keep only to find the instructions to find out how he set up to begin with... but clearly I did something wrong.

  Once the new lines are added above the bottom, it does not automatically scroll down to see new entries as a text box.  I saw an example of forcing a ListBox control to the value of the index of control to the most recent entry, but I can't find a corresponding function for the Table.

  Probably the SetActiveTableCell call may do the trick. You can retrieve the number of rows in the GetNumTableRowstable.

  Hello:

  I'm fighting with digital table of 1 d writeing in a binary file and start a new line or insert a separator for each loop writing file. So for each loop, it runs, LABVIEW code will collect a table 1 d with 253 pieces of a spectrometer. When I write these tables in the binay file and the following stack just after the previous table (I used MATLAB read binary file). However whenever if there is missing data point, the entire table is shifted. So I would save that table 1-d to N - D array and N is how many times the loop executes.

  I'm not very familiar with how write binary IO files works? Can anyone help figure this? I tried to use the file position, but this feature is only for writing string to Bodet. But I really want to write 1 d digital table in N - D array. How can I do that.

  On top of the binary file write is a Boolean entry called ' Prepend/chain on size table (T) '.  It is default to TRUE.  Set it to false.

  Also, be aware that Matlab like Little Endian in LabVIEW by default Big Endian.  If you probably set your "endianness" on writing binary file as well.

  First stop, I want to say that format TDM/PTM is really useful. It allows you to perform all sorts of things that would be a real pain if you've tried to do with spreadsheets, delimited by tabs. You can format data in spreadsheets excel for analysis with separate tabs and the names of channel on the columns and the whole nine yards. You can even throw error messages in the properties that appear on the first tab.

  The problem occurs when the user works with very large files. Excel 2003 and earlier versions of Excel have limits of 65 536 rows by 256 columns. Until the latest version of the Excel Add-in, CT if you tried to import files in addition to this he would lift an error and does not create any file at all. It is important now to a file and that you specify the index, which is so much better.

  Excel 2007 supports 1 048 576 lines by 16 384 columns! This is really useful. But the current version of the TDM Excel Add-In does not support the limit of the new line.   My client would like to file long record time at 200 Hz throughout the day. Lines of data per file is 720 000. Yes, that's a lot, but excel takes care of everything. The importer TDMS impossible. Of course there are workarounds and we will have to use one if a new version of the Add - in Excel TDM will not soon made. Y at - it a new version coming soon? Please say Yes.

  Mystery solved. Completely uninstalling and reinstalling the add-in, do the same thing on a computer to co-workers and to come with the same limited import I scratch my head a bit. It turns out that my network administrators put all suites MS Office in the entire company to operate in 'compatibility' default Mode, so they would save default 2003 versions. When Excel is running in compatibility mode and the user tries to import large tdms, the behavior I described occurs.

  I would rather use the Enter key to move to a new line to send the message. I've used it on curve 9300 and I'm frustrated just now, I cannot understand how to move to the next line on the Q5.   In Blackberry Hub, tap on three points at the bottom right > setting > text > use touch send > OFF. It will make a new line, if you press on enter key.

• Escaping \n (new line) it displays only

  Hi, I have simple problem here:

  I have a ListView that when selected will push NavigationPane with a long description on this subject.

  The long description is stored in dataModel that also contain the title of the list.

  The problem is the \n (new line) in the description is literally printed as '\n' and does not do a new line.

  I tried typing "Hello\nWorld" inside the TextArea.text and it doesn't create new line.

  So, what's the problem here? Any solution? Thank you

  "\n" resolves to unique character with code ASCII 10.

  \n in text dataModel is two characters and not the line break.
  How to create and fill the dataModel?

  Another option is loading XML manually using QXmlStreamReader, by replacing the line breaks with spaces and the '\n"-s with line breaks, then adding data to GroupDataModel or ArrayDataModel." XmlDataModel is not very flexible and does not change its data.
