  I subscribed to the photographer package this morning.  In the application of CC, I chose the office and chose only to download Photoshop.  A new webpage appeared proclaiming at the top, 'Photoshop's downloading now... "But I don't know where it is downloading to and in the Windows Task Manager > resource monitor, I don't see any significant activity.  How can I know where is the download?  How do I know if all this actually happens?

  Have you checked your programs folder to see if Adobe Photoshop is there? Let us know if you still need to download.

  Have you tried to restart the phone? The error say exactly? Could you give an example of specific application that gives you this error? I want to download it and see if I can reproduce the problem.

  Go back into the App Store and tap on the cloud. The application should then download and on your home screen. Enjoy your new iPad. -AJ

  The company signed distribution app that I created recently with DPS App Builder will not be installed remotely (via the link).

  The link opens up the HTML page. Wonder if I would like to install the application, then nothing.

  I click on the home button and you can see the app install dial complete progress, then:

  Error message "cannot download App: 'application name' cannot be installed at this time."

  I tried on several iPads connected to different networks, and always the same message.

  However, I was able to install via iTunes with the device connected to the computer.

  Where you have been blocked in the process? You are on a Windows or Mac computer? Are you able to launch Adobe Application Manager on the new machine? Do you have any kind of error message?

• Difficulties to download apps on new iPad

  Hi people,

  This afternoon, I received my new iPad and all is well in the introduction and in transferring my old settings iPad and active applications.

  However, now that I have more storage space, I decided to go to the iTunes store and download apps I had bought, but deleted to reclaim space.  The problem is that many of these applications is more resident saved on my Mac because of the new Apple backup policy not apps, music, etc., which are stored in the cloud or purchased on the App Store on the assumption that they can be easily downloaded and would otherwise space on a Mac.

  In iTunes, I have my iPad showing on the left and a list of all the applications belonging to me in the Middle, and the screens of my iPad on the right.  I chose one of these apps, Devonthink To Go, you click the button install, what has changed to "Install", then clicked on the Sync button.

  Which brought up the following error message:

  

  This same error message appeared quite a few other apps uninstalled:

  

  Can someone explain what is the problem and how it can be solved?  I paid a lot of money for a number of applications that no longer want to be part of my iPad.

  Have you tried to go on the App Store on your actual iPad, looking for the desired application and then install from the App Store?

  Have you tried a reset or reboot of the ATV?
