Next review after 'Introduction to SQL Oracle9i (1Z0-007)'?

Hello

I finished IZ0 - 007 before 2 years please let me know what is the next review so that I can go. I have 6 years epx in SQL/PL SQL.

Based on your statement "I'm 6 years old epx in SQL/PL SQL.. -My first inclination would be to suggest 1Z0-144: Oracle Database 11 g: program PL/SQL.  This is the standard test for PL/SQL developers to start and this (in conjunction with your score 1Z0-007) will save the Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate credentials. 1Z0-047 is an older version of the review of PL/SQL.  I recommend usually 1Z0-144 on 1Z0 - 147:

Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certification: 1Z0-147 or 1Z0-144?

If you pass the exam 1Z0-144, you could consider further 1Z0-146: Oracle Database 11g: Advanced PL/SQL. Pass this test after the OCA will make you an Advanced Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional.

I took the same exam for 9i certification and this is true for any certification of DB oracle (9i, 10g or 11g).

What is the purpose behind this? Why don't you go for a hands on experience first?

And you can decide if you want to be on the track of developer or DBA track or both.

    1Z0-147 is piece of developer.

  • Can I take the 1z0-042 (10g admin 1) after exam 1z0-007 Oracle 9i

Hello! I have a question about the Oracle 10g admin 1 (1z0-042) Certification.

    I passed 1z0-007 SQL Oracle 9i in December 28, 2012.
Now, I decided to complete tracks of OCP DBA in Oracle 10 g.
    My Questions are,

    1 should I should I improve?
    2 Does1z0-042 complete my GED?

    3. I will have the choice to complete OCP 1z0-043 taking?

    According to this link

Oracle exam 1Z0-007 is deleted: for me what mean?

It is clear that I can take exam 1z0-042 having previous passed1z0-007 (SQL 9i).

I just request this to my satisfaction before preparing for the next review.

    Thank you...

So, is he put the last hand I can take 1z0-042 without upgrading only 1z0-007 in order to complete OCA 10 g admin-1?

    It's 1z0-007 > 1z0-042 > 1z0-043 = OCP?

    The answer to your question is Yes.  1Z0-007 > 1z0-042 > (1z0-043 + training) = 10 g OCP

There is no such thing as upgrading your credentials SQL Fundamentals.  They are marked by a release of the database only for the convenience of the OU.  I discuss here:

  • How can I prevent the Thunderbird goes directly to the next message after you delete that I read?

How can I prevent the Thunderbird goes directly to the next message after you delete that I read? I want to return to the list of all incoming mail, so I can choose what email I open then. I could see something that I don't want to open at all, but the way it is set up right now, it opens the following email automatically.

Thank you. I don't want to download an add-on, so I tried the messages pane, and I guess it will do. I used Thunderbird a few years ago and he used to have an option where it would go after deleting a message during the consultation in its own window. But I think I can live with this option. so thank you once again.

  • How to close the popup window after executing PL/SQL?

    Hello

To see a junior question: we use APEX 5.0.2

On a page of the modal dialog (of an interactive report), for the button create, I created a dynamic action that runs the specific code from PL/SQL to insert a new item.  Then behind the insert clause, I have the code to close the pop-up window, so that it executes successfully the insert clause without closing the window.  Please let me know what I can do.  Thank you.

    HTP.p ("< script > '");

    HTP.p ('window.opener.Location.Reload ();) Window.Close ();') ;

    HTP.p ("< /script >" ");

    Kind regards

    Jian

OK, thanks for all your help and ideas. Finally, I gave up running JavaScript, instead, I created another dynamic action that closes the dialog box with a later sequence (for example, it runs after the PL/SQL code).  Now, it closes the windows properly after running pl/sql clause.  Although I still wonder how to run JavaScript because it doesn't do anything, even when I create a process to run javascript directly.

  • What is the next step after mounting or triming a video? What type of file format to save and what to do after that?

What is the next step after mounting or triming a video?

What type of file format must be registered and what to do after that?

    Hi Jeff,

    I use the file-> export-> video rendering.

If you don't want the Explorer for the first time, the default value is OK for a nice video.

  • No show next page after successful update

I have a page with 2 forms, an update and one to insert it. Update, I have the insert behavior show next page after insertion, but the insert that is happening, but the next page does not appear. I have repeatedly validated the insert occurs. Any ideas on how I can understand why DW does not display the next page I mentioned it in the server behavior? If MySQL returns code is not 'OK', even if the insertion was successful?

OS x 10.4.10 on MacTel, PHP, MySQL 5.0.41, DW CS3

Cub, looks like I found the culprit here, although I have NO idea why this has caused the problem. Initially, I've always had the code session_start() at the top of the page. I manually add to every page that uses session variables because I don't see any way to have the DW insert this code when you create a page. I moved this code below and it worked fine. Can someone enlighten my ignorance here? I would like to learn from the mistake instead of trying to continue to get lucky.

  • Exam 1Z0-007: where to start?

    Dear all!

I am new to oracle. I know a bit about SQL (its basic syntax). Now, I want to go to the certification track. (OCA = > OCP). He first of all, I have to take the exam 1Z0-007 (if I'm not mistaken). I want to prepare for the consideration of the. Each of you will guide me which, from where I should start? I mean, what book, what study material, links etc. As I am new to your community and this is my first post. Please accept my apologies if I made a mistake.

    Thanks and greetings

1Z0 - 007 must always be the first review you...

I would just like to say that the alternative SQL exam 1z0-051 is a review more modern and I am reasonably sure that the team that produced for it was intended to produce a review better with more relevant topics.

    Reference: [http://blogs.oracle.com/certification/2009/08/0096.html] parts 1, 2 and 3.

1Z0-051 study also sets out probably more focus on the new ansi join syntax.

So 1z0-051 is probably the best choice of review SQL for many people.

It said that some will have reasons to go with 1z0 - 007; We can already have material for tha for example.

Published by: bigdelboy on 25-Sep-2009 12:02 - original poster... feel happy to continuie with 1z0 - 007 and not be distracted by this argument. I just wanted to put a balancing comment at camp pro 1z0-007.

Examination of SQL is first as previous poster said is IMHO the most judicious choice of decision for DBA/developer OCA/OCP candidates.

  • 1Z0-007

    Hi all
plan to set for the review referred to:
    1. I have to register on Pearsonvue? I do not work for a partner of Oracle
2 - can I take the exam at any time?
3 - the review is required before the OCA, can it be retired in the near future?

    Best regards

    Hess wrote:
This means that I can spend at home or in the office? not at a pearsonvue site?

1Z0-007 is not regarded as a "high stakes" and it's one of the reasons for which it is offered online. (There are only about 4 to 6 like that).

However due to the distractions of risks and difficulties of connection and temptation to cheat, it's IMHO useful to get used to the experience of test center.

However, if you live 400 miles to a test center then online seems attactive.

  • Problem with WSUS after upgrade of SQL and SCCM

A few years ago, we implemented SCCM 2012 R2 on a virtual machine running Server 2008 R2 (Enterprise), using 2012 SQL for databases.  We use it for software deployment, updates/patches via WSUS and imagery of the network.  Everything is smooth enough for most, even if we hit a few snags Windows 10 points when that came out.  After you install the patches and updates to our Server 2008 box to make it compatible with Windows 10 content, everything was good again.  A few weeks ago, I decided to update our version of SCCM 1511 and SQL for 2014.  After the two updates, I tested imaging and software deployment, and everything seemed good.  I forgot WSUS, however... and later visited account it was not working properly for these updates.  Unfortunately, I realized after I deleted the VM snapshot, I got to thinking that everything was good (stupid, I know).  After researching and discovering some of the errors were permissions associated with - why would have changed the permissions on folders of SQL and SCCM upgrade I have no idea - those who have since been smoothed.  Now, my mistakes seem to be related SQL more and I hit a dead end with research.  When I opened WSUS and go look at the clocks, he tries to load the history of synchronization, and after a few minutes-error with the following information:

The WSUS administration console failed to connect to the WSUS server database.

Verify that SQL server is running on the WSUS server. If the problem persists, try restarting SQL.

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException - Timeout expired.  The delay before the end of the operation or the server is not responding.

I found a few forums that suggest to uninstall WSUS and delete the database, and then reinstall WSUS.  Unfortunately, when I try install fails... giving only an error code and no other explanation of why.  The error is 0 x 80070643, which is supposed to be due to the current user not having the "sysadmin" in SQL.  However, I have tried with several accounts I checked to make you have the sysadmin role in SQL (and are also part of the Administrators group on the server itself)-always get the same error message.

I would really like to try to find that rather than wasting his time with the construction of a new server and redo our whole SCCM environment... get the client reinstalled on all our machines to synchronize with a new server appears as a huge headache.  Is there anyone else out there who know what would cause this?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
