• How to read a text or html file

  I downloaded 3 books in html format and can see them, but can not open them.  I used a nextbook before it was a simple matter to type the name of the file, then type chapter and by selecting the app (browser) I wanted to use.

  I checked the manual and cannot find any info on playback.

  I have it.  The missing piece was the file manager. I discovered Astro and everything worked fine.

• Acer One S1002 cannot connect to Wifi

  I just bought a S1002 an Acer (windows 8.1) last night and connected to the wifi at home. No problem. I get out and continue to downtown, then select wifi that I want to connect, and the State of WiFi sticks on "Checking network requirements" before saying that he cannot connect to the network.   I use my phone to take a picture, then blow up the images to read the tiny letters usually.

  I guess you have already forced the tablet to forget the network, rebooted and then retried connecting? It is sometimes difficult to get them to really forget a wrong entered password.

  I'm trying on nextbook tablet nxw8qc16G windows recovery. I try to follow the suggested button pressing the method to access the recovery. It takes too long to restart. and it gives me this message. I added an image of the message. So my question is how to restore the operating system if the recovery options are inaccessible. Can I boot from an external device such as a memory card or an external drive to boot and if so, how? Thank you. One last thing it is a tablet. not a desktop computer or a laptop computer, so no keyboard options for a possible operation. only the power button, volume and windows exist. don't please so no f option because they do not apply.   We have a Nextbook Premium8 tablet that is the two-year sentence. We had to reset to factory settings and in doing so lost our Adobe Flash payer application. Trying to re - install AFP, we received a message that our wan tablet is not compatible with the latest version of the AFP.

  Is there an earlier version, archived AFP who will work with our tablet, and if so, what version - Flash Player 11.1 for Android 4.0 (11.1.115.81) September 10, 2013, perhaps??

  It seems almost unbelievable that our tablet should be this obsolete for use with Adobe Flash Player after a period as short as two years.

  It's not you, it's us.  We no longer Flash Player for Android.

  The last working version released for Android is missing a year and a half updates security at this point, so I would strongly recommend against running to it.

  The details on why Adobe dropped support for Android are here, but yes, we have not published an Android Flash Player since the end of 2012.

  There are some alternatives that you can use to get Flash on your phone.  They are for the most of the web browsers based on a cloud, where they run the Flash in the cloud and the flow of content to your phone.  It works surprisingly well.
