  1. with respect to the first question: your system files have been corrupted. Do a System Restore before the app was used.

  Try you "tune up", "maximize", "registry cleaners" or any what kind of app that promises to improve the performance of your PC somehow. None of them improve anything, often at the antipodes (as you discovered). Microsoft W7 already has all the apps. you need to keep your PC in tip-top condt. Try not to add anything.

All others on HP Smart media are not working due to no driver or competable with 10 pro wins. Is there some alternate software with the same use? I know that hp will not update the software program at the present time, alternatives is a server of HP smart media, but I would like to have a similar cause of program I liked the program.

  Hi, I've never really understood why this happened, because no body responded with anything. But what I did is save the file and it opens again in photoshop and it started working. I guess the only thing I can suggest is to check the layer is rasterized or duplicate a new screen and see if it works like that.
