• Google Nik Software plugin does not work

  I just installed your Photoshop CS6 (64-bit) upgrades. Now my Google Nik Software plugin does not work. They give the following dialog box message:

  The 'Silver Efex Pro 2' command is not currently available.

  (use any name plug-in is selected to start in double quotes)

  I use a 64 bit Windows Vista computer. I rebooted and still get the same problem. The elements of the software are always in the Photoshop plugins directory and I get Google Nik software windown open when you start Photoshop. This software was working before I did the upgrade.

  Perhaps, what is happening is that you have only the 32-bit version of the plug-ins.

  Check on the Web of NIK site for 64-bit versions.

• Not all NIK software plugins in LR Edit to pull down

  I'm all 5 plugins MAC, 10.6.3 and NIK software.

  In LR 2 when I go to EDIT traction in the drop all my NIK software were available.

  Now only available Viveza 2. Even if I go to LR pref it only allows me to appoint an external editing program which is of course Viveza 2.

  When I opened Viveza 2 it works fine.

  I wish I had all 5 of my plugins available in the edition of LR Nik in the menu dropdown.

  Any ideas?

  It is not clear, but you can add external publishers as much as you want. In preferences/external to edition, press Select, select an application, then in the menu drop-down select "Save current settings as new preset. Repeat if necessary.

  Please, go to the folder of the application on your Mac, find the folder of Photoshop CS 6, double-click to open it and copy the folder plugin from here.

  Open the Photoshop CC folder which will be again in the application and paste the folder plugin inside. Replace reboot of the CC of the Photoshop file and it should be there

• Why not "item 10 only editor" allow the use of Nik Software plug-ins?

  I was very happy yesterday when I noticed in the Apple App store a version of items called "Item 10 only editor" was for sale.  Since I never use the Organizer is perfect for me.  Unfortunately, it will not Nik software plugins to install.   There are no "plugins folder" included.  In every other sense, the "Editor elements 10 only" version is wonderful.  Load fast, tracks clean and fast and is just something wonderful and something that I was hoping would come along the years.  I can't believe that adobe does not allow for the use of plug-ins.  Looks like I've lost only $80.

  Must copy CC 2014 Photoshop plugin folder and replace the file in Photoshop CC 2015.

  In windows, please go to C:\Program Adobe Photoshop CC 2014. Copy the plugin folder

  and paste the folder inside the Photoshop CC 2015

  In Mac, please go to application. There will be a folder of Photoshop CC 2014 inside it will be a plugin folder and copy it and replace the same folder in Photoshop CC 2015.

  I am owner of NIK Software, but since I upgraded to PSCC of PSCS5 I lost my Nik software and I can't remember where they should be located for me rot them find for use once I'm in PS.

  You need to reinstall your Nik Plugins.

  Anyone has any experience with Nik Software. I really like it and get good use out of it, but lately it seems that every edit that I make with any accidents Photoshop Nik plugins.   Look under the menu of Photoshop for all Plug-Ins. You can select in the menu and the dialog box that appears will be the version numbers.

• Cannot get Nik Software Plug-ins to work in CS5 Extended

  Has anyone else had a problem to get CS5 and CS5 Extended to recognize the Nik Software Plug-ins? I tried to install as they recommend, I tried to choose the location in the folder of Plun-ins and I even put the files in manually and not always no chance. I've never had a problem on my windows machines, but has decided to move all Adobe for Mac products.

  More old plugins works only in 32 bits.

  The site says Nik Software is only compatible with Windows XP (outside HDR Efex Pro 2), Windows Vista and Windows 7. Could have tried compatibility mode, but you do need additional expenses necessary for execution of the program.
