  NLS_LANG is an environment variable client that includes a language, territory, and character set. You declare the NLS_LANGUAGE database is American? Or customer NLS_LANG is something as AMERICAN_AMERICA. WE8ISO8859P1? Or are you saying something else?

  If the database character set AL32UTF8 (i.e. SELECT value FROM nls_database_parameters setting WHERE = "NLS_CHARACTERSET" returns "AL32UTF8"), it is perfectly fine for applications to send and retrieve data in a character set which is a subset of the character set of database assuming customers indicate properly via the NLS_LANG setting character they need.

• Windows 7 compatibility with Pocket tanks game

  I can't play Pocket tanks Deluxe on Windows 7. Jumped to the top and freeze loading screen. When I maximize and minimize the game, the game menu showed and freeze. I can't do anything on this subject. I need help.

  Windows 7 compatibility is not in question, it would be the compatibility of the tanks of the pocket with all operating system you are running who would be involved.  :-)

  Sorry to tell you that the T3i, T4i (and some others) can trigger remote flashes but your T2i does not have the ability to trigger a remote flash.  To do this, you must purchase a kind of transmitter as a ST - E2 or devices off the market.

  I have a studio XPs 8100 with a Radeon 5770 (1 GB) graphics card. If it was a good card when I bought the system, I think to upgrade the card to an Nvidia GTX 650 (4 GB) or a 750 GTX card 2GB.

  Apart from buying a new power of W 600 or 700 unit, is there anything I should know about?  Did anyone tried these cards in the XPS 8100? The motherboard and the case would argue one of them?  I have a GB of Ram 1333 6, I have to increase it too?

  I have not had to install a new ps. The 750 TI FTW attracts only and extra 25 watts and a regular 750 TI does not yet use this extra power. And Yes, you can change the ps in a 8100 but they are irregular in size but can be found. I'd say you'd be fine with any 750 cards and honestly, you can get 50 fps or better in most of the games with them, a lot of maps. My son has a ti 750 FTW in a xps 8700 and gets 70-80 fps in his favorite tank game.

  I ran catpatch.sql (scripts upgradation in-> start to migrate)
  Once I run @?/rdbms/admin/catexp.sql and @? /RDBMS/Admin/initmeta.SQL
  but no use when I called it stars and after awhile it hungs and then suddenly this error came.pls suggests I do not know what are all things needs to be done... maybe, I guess I missed to exec certain scripts?

  This info. applies in the swap of the two 32-bit or 64-bit W7 file.

  This is the "managed system" (default) min/max dimensions for a PC with 4 GB of RAM!

  You can manually set these sizes or set it to the "managed system" for exactly the same size min/max default :)

  I need help on how I can lower the temperature of my laptop, once every hour while I play some new games, like NFS Most Wanted or Age of Empires 3 the computer become extremely hot and then easy to stop after a few minutes.
  It is not acceptable that a laptop that came with an adapter of good graphics like mine suffers for this kind of problem.
  I am just experienced something like that on hot days now in the summer.
  Today, I try to lift the computer on the table to make more space for fresh air to circulate under the laptop to see if it still happens.

  Hi Marcelo,

  It's unfortunate, but the newer games tend to make your notebook work rather hard with graphic intensive activity and also high CPU usage. The result final is that these very hot components and there is very little space inside your laptop for the heat to escape.

  The end result is that the laptop protection circuits cuts the power to avoid damaging the components. The only practical steps you can take are to ensure that sufficient air can circulate through the fans and CPU/GPU cooler to try to dissipate the heat.

  Ensure that the fan and radiator areas are completely free of accumulated dust and debris and make sure that there is sufficient space under the laptop and in the area of air outlets so that hot air is not trapped in the place.

  Finally, you can run your games at low resolutions graphics to reduce the amount of work that the GPU is having to do even though it may well ruin the graphics otherwise excellent who can produce your laptop.

  Thanks for the reading/helping first. So, I want to upgrade my home pc to do some games. Games I want to play are the parameters of quality, World of Tanks with stuff on HD and Skyrim high/Ultra Total War Attila. In General, I want to run these games at 35 + FPS with graphics turned up a little. PC specifications are here.

  Right now the integrated card just works to run in min settings for these games. I want to upgrade this pc if I can instead of going out of my way to build a new one from scratch. I bought this PC for school a few years back, want to keep around him.

  I looked in some graphics cards to upgrade the PC but I'm not sure what power supply I would need to buy to replace the old 300 Watt one. Here are some graphics cards I did research and plans. Could you tell me if the graphics card space, what a good diet would be (should be), and if I need all the things more (like cable).

  I don't expect expirence game extremely high-end, but I know not what graphics card to buy will be much better then the one built-in. I have a budget of $300.

  Read a lot of good reviews on this little guy. I know his date but I read that it goes well with home systems like that because of his use of low power. I'm lead to believe that I wouldn't need to touch the PSU at all. It also probably would be. It is also more affordable and does not need $ 300 budget. However, I don't think he'd go Attila to quality with 35 + fps.

  This combo is probably the best that I can afford right now. Research, the 280 X should easily meet my graphic needs. However, energy consumption is larger then the other two. People have recommended a 500W one, but the specifications of State a 850W recommended. Which is correct? These PSU and GC will be in my system? Let me know please.

  first of all, on the 750ti, it's a beast (by my definition)... ive played witcher 3 and ca unit maximum heating 35 + fps with it... enough said...

  and since you say you don't need a "game of very high-end expirence", it would be pretty stupid move on foregoing the 750ti... (and yes it's not dated... it was only released last year)

  as for the PSU, don't look beyond a corsair or antec... a Corsair 650 w modular is my recommendation, complete and final...

  Ive told people for the last 5 years, to avoid amd... it produces much more heat and consumes much more power than their counterparts nvidia... unless you have a master very ventilated cooler or zebronics case and are willing to pay a salty electricity bill, avoid the 280 x.. He 960 is better than that

  don't worry about the establishment... the 750ti is a map of 5.7 inches (unless you go for the MSI TF one)... so its nice little... the other two are 10 inches + (unless you get a small form factor 960)...

  what I see, you don't need something more than the 750ti... If you want more power then the 960... but please avoid the 280 x.. Hat you'll now cost you'll eventually spend (more) on the invoices, purchase thermal pasta, and whatnot...

  (PS-atilla is a badly optimized game... even an sli 980 struggled to run on ultra... so don't think you will get ultra with what you listed... but a ti 750 will be good in high twisted)

  I have adobe, I have internet 9, I have java, but whenever I try to download a game called World of tanks, Battlefield Heroes or Battle for Wesnoth to my son (they have strange tastes in the game, I realize that). Whenever I have download (via normal or TORRENT file), it says "Windows cannot find the right content, here is a list of programs to help you find what your looking to dethrone" excetera, although you will not hear content, it could be something else. But it always happens when I open the file, always, I save the file for download, and it ALWAYS happens. I have no idea what's going on, but worked when I tried called RegWork (which i immedietly UN installed).

  Are you sure that windows does not hide the file extension (you can set it in windows..)

  Also security software can block executable files, as I don't believe in your case.

  PS maybe you should be happy that you can not install these games for your son :-)
