No CC apps will normally begin

If I click on any icon, I get the error dialog box indicating:

Configuration error

Please uninstall and reinstall the product

If this problem persists, please contact Adobe technical support help and mention the error code displayed at the bottom of this screen

Error: 16

When I go on the site, I can't find any way to contact Adobe directly that this forum.

Note: even though I haven't changed any settings on my computer that just started happening a few weeks ago. I can start an application if I go to the directory where it is installed and right-click on the executable and select "Run as Administrator", but it will not work on a desktop icon or from the taskbar icon. It's a pain because for every instance I want to start an Adobe application, I have to search manually the exe file to start this way. Creating shortcuts on the desktop will an application icon, but I always get the error and I can't start an application as an administrator from a shortcut.

Uninstalling and reinstalling has not solved the problem, it just took a lot of time.

In addition, I am connected to my system as an administrator anyway, so I don't understand why is it necessary?

I used CC since shortly after its release (4 years and there is I think) and before Creative Suite and before that individual applications (Master Collection, etc.). I'm running on Windows 10 Pro.

Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful.

    Your phone gets your location by connecting to the GPS satellites. Using location services works with battery. However, it will not use more independently connect to the Mexico it makes when it finds your place here.

    No ads API immediately for BB10 WebWorks.  As far as I know, you could use Adsense since you essentially build a web - app on the device.  I used OpenX myself in the past in WebWorks without problem.

    Well, I can't speak to spark, but Comp and sketches will certainly make to Android (you probably already Capture and draw). You have to join to Adobe Android Apps - community - Google +; We have recently released a beta of model and we are going to release the beta version of Sketch some time this summer. I went to different menus to help and try to delete these files specified such as AAMUpdater, OOBE and OOBE1 and then start the creative menu cloud app. Have always the same message that "program does not - close the program." I don't know what to do now. Fortunately, Photoshop still works and I don't want to update now while there are updates available. I don't know what to do.

    Try this to solve:

    Rename the OOBE OOBE_old folder location:

    Win 7 64 bit: C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\

    Win 7 32 bit: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe

    Delete the opm.db file located in C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

    Then try again to install MAA, it should install without any problems.

If upgrade us the server to run v8, v6 apps will be able to run in this new environment? or we need to run a Server v8 and a v6? or convert all v8 apps?

    After the upgrade to osx 10.11.5 Some Apps do not close properly. A free App Icon(with the black dot) remains on the dock. I can start the application again, which leads to an additional icon. When I run the command "killall Dock" multiple icons dead is reduced to one. It seems that for most opengl using the Apps are kept in the Dock after closing.

    After a while, some of the Apps start more. Photos.app throws an exception "invalid pixel format.

    The only thing to get rid of the icons and the problem with apps not from, is to restart my mac.

    A normal reboot or a stop will not work (so I am unable to install the latest update of the operating system).

    I have to use 'sudo shutdown-h now' or hold down the power button.

    Does anyone else have this problem or even better: a fix for this problem.

    What is Wacom software installed on your Mac? If so, upgrade to the latest version. If it does not help uninstalling the Wacom software, including possible elements of Wacom/Bamboo in System Preferences > users and groups > Login.
