  First off - this character looks awesome! Work very cool, can't wait to see it in action - please share when you do!

  We are beginning to recommend that users add these handles in animation of character rather than inside Photoshop files or Illustrator - the tool pen / dot solution we have used in the past is a bit tricky, and these applications are not the best at rigging!

  So I remove all the Illustrator files draggable handles and try CH instead. I don't know if you watched the tutorials, but:

  • and this shows the building from scratch and adding of draggable handles at the end: Building A Puppet From Scratch (Adobe character animator Tutorial) - YouTube

  When I run into such problems, I try to put the handles in different layers or groups to see if it helps. So for example, right now, that it seems that the adjustable handles are within the groups of arm - try rather parent group or even a puppet of Darren top-level.

  I've seen a lot of questions about spot, but I have yet to see of it. I have a file in illustrator with a spot inside. When I do sub to any new file InDesign color task appears as it should. But we have an old file that has probably been on worked great in the past, and in this file, it appears anywhere I looked in ink under the PES Preview Panel, the swatches Panel Manager, and nowhere this color appears. A that someone already had this problem? Are there other options, that I thought I could try? Is it just a corrupt InDesign file? All this is in fact the CS6.

• File Illustrator converted form fails to work flat segment

  Subject line is the best way I could describe it.  The form of whirlwind was subtracted o in illustrator.  So, all these individual whirlpools are transparent in the Illustrator file when they are imported in to AFX.  However, when this file is converted to a form, the path is present and described, but it is not transparent, and therefore not have applied extrusion.   Hi, after installing the Mavericks (Doh!) I followed is no longer the Illustrator CC files as the finder window closes itself after a second or if I click on anything whatsoever. It was happening with record under also, but that seems to have corrected itself by reinstalling the program. Someone at - it ideas? I'm in a place of punishment!

• Files Illustrator AI compatibility 32 vs 64 bit

  At the beginning of August, I will buy a new tower with Windows 7 64 bit and install Adobe Creative Suite CS6

  I would like to create my fabric designs in ILLUSTRATOR on the new machine, but printing on a special printer attached to my OLD tower which is a Windows XP 32 bit operating system.  I'll install the update for CS5 to CS6 for Illustrator on the Tower of the old...

  Then CS6 on a 64-bit Tower has not one SAVE slot for 32-bit so I can use my old tower for printing needs?

  I'll have the specially designed machine... my HP one current is 10 years old (and it has served me well)... I think that this again will be 8300 Elite round

  My first questions were in support... who said the After Effects in CS6 is not backward compatible it's ok

  the machines will NOT be network.  Old is headed up to the room at sunset/Office to hang to a whole new epson ink jet so my fabric patterns will not ribboning as HP inkjet is known to do

  I was alone will upgrade the Illustrator who is the main operating files old and future new models... but I like your idea of new machine to try everything first... and if I have to upgrade an old machine after...

• Fuzzy text - file Illustrator in Indesign (weird!)

  Hi all

  I created a map in illustrator which includes text labels.  I am placing it in indesign, but for some reason, a part of the text goes a bit strange!  I'll add a screenshot.  As you can see most of the text perfectly crisp, but some very strange.

  EPS contains a raster image as preview which is used for screen display. Only when you set the display to high res InDesign will use real vector data to calculate an overview high resolution.

  You can also go in the overlay for this preview.

• Files Illustrator CS6 save does not properly in PDF format?

  Before the impression of my work, I save my files PDF versions.  More often than I like, when I print the PDF from my computer, some of the graphics do not display correctly.  For example, a part of a line (like a whirlwind) graph could be cut leaving a blunt right border.

  Anyone else have problems with PDF files?  Is that what I can do to control this problem of quality?

  I solved the problem by opening the PDF file with (and print from) Acrobat Pro instead of Apple Preview program.  Everything works fine now.

  Hi there - a short answer to your question is Yes, Illustrator has the ability to manage the formatting you work with. However, have you considered using Adobe InDesign? InDesign is for the publication of design and print models, which appear similar to those of your project. InDesign offer more tools focus on the layout, while Illustrator will offer several design elements.

  I was wondering if it was possible to link files between Illustrator and Indesign and have an update in real time whenever I have to save the file, that I'm working on.

  I would work on several designs on separate Illustrator files and would need files Indesign update accordingly when I save the Illustrator files.
