No Ilustrator recovery a file if it crashed when recording it? I don't think, but it is really unacceptable that an expensive product like this do not have this basic feature with Office.

I try to save a file, while saving, it crashed. I can recovery this someway file?

Greice,

2015 CC, you may be able to get through the new document data recovery,

https://helpx.Adobe.com/Illustrator/using/crash-file-data-recovery.html

As it appears, if there is something to recover, you will know when you start. Proceed with caution and choose the right options, including whether to overwrite the original document or create a new one; the latter is safer: the first, the work done after the last automatic backup will be lost, and an incomplete recovery can be worse than what you had.

You can use the free Autosaviour (10.7 or CS5/CS6/CC & Vista/7/8 +):

http://www.astutegraphics.com/software/autosaviourfree/

For users of Mac with CS6 or CC, the app "Ai Auto Save" can be purchased here:

https://iTunes.Apple.com/us/app/AI-auto-save/id877602617?LS=1&MT=12

Or you can create a Double Action yourself as described here:

The average while you can try the following steps and check if the error reappears.

    Method 1:

    Step 1:

Start the computer in safe mode and check the number.

Some options, including the mode safe mode, start Windows in a limited State, where only the essential is started. If a problem doesn't reappear when you start in safe mode, you can eliminate the default settings and basic device drivers and services as a possible cause.

Follow this link provided below to start your computer in safe mode.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/advanced-startup-options-including-safe-mode

    Step 2:

Put the computer to boot and check if the problem persists.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

Note: After troubleshooting, be sure to set the computer to start as usual as mentioned in step 3 of the KB article provided above.

Method 2: I also suggest that you scan your computer with the Microsoft Security Scanner, which would help us to get rid of viruses, spyware and other malicious software.

The Microsoft Security Scanner is a downloadable security tool for free which allows analysis at the application and helps remove viruses, spyware and other malware. It works with your current antivirus software.

    http://www.Microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

Note: The Microsoft Safety Scanner ends 10 days after being downloaded. To restart a scan with the latest definitions of anti-malware, download and run the Microsoft Safety Scanner again.

Important: During the scan of the hard drive if bad sectors are found, the scanner tries to repair this sector, all available on which data may be lost.

    It will be useful.

  • PC crashed when recording, file is corrupted

As the title says, my PC (Windows 10) crashed while I was saving a file in Photoshop. It looks like this: Frontcover-corrupt.jpg entirely black with a thin red stripe at the top. Is there a way I can get this file? Or parts of it? Or it is lost forever? Thanks for your help.

Hate to be the harbinger of bad news, but it seems that you will not be able to recover, not without a backup of some sort, anyway. Photoshop CC (and CS6, I believe) provides a file any redundancy measures (via Edit (Photoshop on Mac) > Preferences > file management) but, like all other technologies, there is no guarantee.

    1. Select custom , and then click the chevrons pointing to extend the selection.
    2. Under choose a default browser, select Internet Explorer.
    3. For other browsers you use, select enable access to this program .
    4. Click OK, and then restart the computer.

I click on the links in the email and get a box that says: "this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action" and the link cannot be opened.

    Suggestions;

    1. make sure that your e-mail program is your default program.

    2. make sure that your Internet Explorer, or your main browser has all its faults.

You can do both of the above by following these steps...

Start button > right column, click default programs > click Set Your Default programs...

    1. click on your e-mail program > it doesn't say "this program has all its defaults"?
If not, click on choose by default for this program > check all boxes below the list > click on save when finished.

2 do the same as above for your Internet Explorer, or your main browser.
