• No noise in the spotlight

  I have a Director project I developed on a Mac for distribution as a projector on Mac and Windows. When I did the Windows projector, it does not all sounds. Sounds in the project are clips of short duration (one to five seconds) to the aiff format, imported to the flat-rate aid to import. The Mac projector works perfectly.
  
  After looking on this forum, I found that some people had trouble with her Windows created on Mac projectors. As a test, I downloaded the versoin of the trial of the Director for Windows to my Windows machine. I can play the original files perfectly on a Windows computer now, but when I create a projector for Windows using the Windows version of Director, I get always no sounds.
  
  I create the projector by selecting 'include all the extras '. Is there a setting I need to do or script should I include to make a projector for Windows that plays sounds?

  Thanks for the suggestions. It turns out that I did something fairly simple to fix - my publication included parameters "Exclude Extras" checked. I turned off and now the projector works. I have no idea how this box checked.

• Reduce the noise from the projector

  I'm new to first items 10 and plan on some of my first projects making the transfer of some sound Super 8 films on DVD and the web. I have the film loaded into Premiere Elements but I notice that some have noise from the projector in the background. I have them done with microphone of the camera, pick up the sound from the speaker projector since I have no way to save only the sound alone.

  I did have a lot of luck with the help of audio effects to reduce noise. So I was wondering if anyone knows what I have to use filters. I want to reduce or eliminate (no chance of this, I know) the projector noise so that the voice can be heard better. Thanks to all who have advice!

  I have books of Steve Grisetti ordered but I would like to do something on this project in the meantime. I do not understand how the audio effects change the audio, but I hope the books will give me a full understanding of them.

  The removal of the 'noise' of an Audio file is usually difficult, hard work and often not that good. Yet, this ARTICLE goes into detail. Unfortunately, with noise audio, there is no "miracle cure".

  In my case, my projector Eumig Dual-8 has a one line (DIN plug) and I just feed on my recorder or camera and in the latter case, select Line In, only to turn off the microphone.

• Is it possible to unlock the screen or the mac itself if you close too hard?

• How they mask the Mac system files in Windows Explorer?

  I use various readers of an inch USB between Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X computers.  When I insert the USB drives on a computer, Microsoft, a lot of 'noise' files appear in the Windows Explorer, with names like. Spotlight. Cops and. _. Trashes.  I think they are system files that use the Mac and are normally hidden on a Mac (they do not appear in Finder, the equivalent of the Windows Explorer on a Mac).  I also want to hide them in Windows Explorer so that I see my real data files.  No idea how to do this?

  I have no idea what effect it would have when you return to the Mac. Try first with something unimportant.

• PC - mac projector question

  I have created a movie on pc, burned the heap (with projector and mac osx.hqx leader)
  unstuffed on the mac hqx file, but when I click on the projector not on mac
  I get a - Application error "this application requires Shockwave Player 10, that can not be found. Click OK to download "!"
  
  (A) shockwave player is installed
  (B) it is a projector - so it shouldn't need right of the shockwave player?
  (C) when I click OK, nothing happens
  
  a little while ago, I read a post on the xtra dealing rosetta/MacIntel and through removing the xtras that have not been taken in charge (just in case an end-user viewing on mac intel). I wonder if that's the problem.
  
  I went to edit > Film > Xtra and checked on everything in the default list (to ensure it is understood, once again), but still no joy, weather if it is the problem or not, I don't know.
  
  -the film uses - component for quicktime, audio and 3d (particle system)
  
  An earlier version of the upholstered and worked ok on the mac spotlight (the mac I use is not intel, btw)-that was before I have no (and this again) a xtras.

  I know there is an option in the settings of publication to compress with shockwave, which (I think) need the shockwave player running the projector. It's under the "Files" tab "compress files (Shockwave format).
  Although, if the mac has the shockwave player installed, I guess that should not make a difference anyway. But it might be worth it.

• How downgrade to El Capitan without having in the Mac App Store

  Hello! I'm completely new to Mac and for this forum. Coming from Windows, I found the keyboard a bit confusing. So I installed carabiner, which most of the time worked like a charm.

  Then there was a notification update to Mac OS Sierra. So I did. And now the carabiner is broken. In addition, the trackpad scroll is annoyingly slow, and I realized that I just liked El Capitan more generally.

  But since I got the Mac with El Capitan, I don't have in my list of purchased on the App Store. So where can I find an official download to create installation media, and then reinstall El Capitan (which, as far as I KNOW, is the only way to "downgrade" a Mac if I have no backup of before)? I have no personal files on Mac yet, so I don't mind erase the drive.

  Suggestions would be highly appreciated, even with solutions) 1 carabiner to work again and 2) to change the sensitivity of scrolling to the trackpad.

  I have a MacBook to 2015 and iWatch. The Mac is on MacOS Sierra and the iWatch is on version 3, so both devices are on the latest version of the software. I also have an iPhone on the latest IOS that the watch is twinned with 6. All devices are on the same iCloud account.

  I tried everything I can do the iWatch unlock the Mac. I'm getting very fed upwards with it's complicated. I spent 2 step 2-factor authentication audit and I read each thread and an article I can find, but I can't get it to work. It seems I'm not the only one. I thought that Apple was easy to work, but with each update and the new feature which is launched, it becomes more complicated.

• Problem connecting to the Mac newbie

  Hi, I had some problems with malware after that (stupidly), I tried to download a software to capture audio online. I started getting pop ups on a so used a malware scanner to delete these (I've used it before and it worked fine). I restarted the mac but when connecting the profile appeared my keyboard would not type in my password for user profile box. I managed a login in safe mode and could log on as user guest (no password) but not on my usual profile. Any advice would be much appreciated.

• Slim drive ejected from the Mac Mini

  I have a Mac Mini running El Capitan.

  My external drive keeps a slim, used only for the back upward, Gdrive be ejected without any input from me. He has a lot of storage space.

  Any thoughts?

  Try a different USB port on the Mac.

  Try another USB between the Mac and the G-Drive cable.

  Then if it is still bad ejection, contact the Support of G Techonolgy.

• Mail of the Mac Mini, iMac with the migration wizard

  I have a mac mini (2014 - El Capitan) that I have used for some time now and I have many mailboxes (30 +) with many stored messages (100s maybe 1000s).

  I recently picked up a 2011 27 iMac which is running OS X Sierra Final Release Candidate due to vision problems.

  Both units are working well but I would like to transfer my boxes to the letters, messages, and the account settings from the Mac Mini to the iMac using Migration Assistant to take advantage of the larger screen.

  Am I able to select only the data for e-mail (boxes letters, messages and settings) to transfer somewhere in the Migration Wizard interface or will it just to start the transfer of all?

  I use iCloud for note, calendars and contacts, but prefer not to use for e-mail.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  The simplest option would be to use Time Machine to restore your data.

  Other Options:

  You can export the folders you want to transfer the mini using export of Mail under mailbox function in the Menu bar > export a mailbox... Drag to the folder on the desktop on the new iMac and import in Mail. File > import boxes mailbox...

  You can also use a third-party application, Emailchemy to export your Mail on the mini and pull only the folders you want and import. If you have many files, it would be a faster option.

  Otherwise, you could drag on the whole Mail > V3 folder let Sierra update data. This assumes that you have already started using Mail to Sierra.

  You don't have to use iCloud email to use Apple Mail. I strongly suggest that you use IMAP to service what ever you choose to use.  Comcast, Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, Hotmail (other)
