No updatable Sansa product has been recognized

Hi all

I know this has probably been asked before, but I'm stuck. I formatted my Sansa Clip of Zip in Windows 7 and now I can't reinstall the OF or the OS (I'm not sure which would be the correct term here) on this subject. the ideea of formatting has been format FAT32 exFAT fo to make it work faster when you copy files on and it (at least that's what I'd like to happen, don't know if not so on) and now I can't get it to work. I tried everything, reformat to FAT32, tried the automatic update, tried the manual update, installed RockBox in the process of loading the original firmware from Sandisk, nothing works.

When I try the upgrade from Sansa and plug the device I get "no updatable Sansa product was recognized", if I go out I get a message on the screen that says "* PANIC * mount: 0", then "no partition found", the "plug USB cable" and then we will again with "no updatable Sansa product has been recognized".»

Help, please

Your drive doesn't support exFAT, so no surprise with which breaks everything. You'll need back in USB mode and then reformat the drive in fat32. This error message is to rockbox bootloader I think, so if you have installed you should be able to hold the select button with the player, then plug it into USB while holding down the button. Which will allow I hope it emergency boot loader USB mode. If it works, try to reformat to fat32. Then reinstall rockbox, or install an update of the firmware from sandisk (do not use the automatic update, it won't work).
