  Adobe Reader XI could not change the files. Do you have Adobe Acrobat (not to be confused with Adobe Acrobat Reader)?

  If so, you should always have well if you have installed the free player it will open by default pdf files.

  Check to see if you still have (or had initially) XI Adobe Acrobat (Standard or Pro) and we'll see if we can get repaired.

  While you do not mention this device and app you have, I can change it PDF is only available for the iPad. Please see Adobe Acrobat help for iOS: Edit a PDF file.

  Print PDF of Acrobat documents, file menu-> Print.

  On the screenshot above, it is clear that you are using Adobe Reader. If you have Adobe Acrobat installed so open manually and then go to file - open to open your file, instead of double-clicking it in Windows Explorer.

  You can set Acrobat as the default PDF via Edition - Preferences - general manager (in Acrobat).

  Please make sure that you use the 'Copy' option when importing images in Lightroom from the SD card.

  Delete the images once and then re-import images using the 'Copy' option and change the images in the develop Module.

  I assume you are using Acrobat Reader for iOS/Android/Windows Phone, because you posted your question on Acrobat Reader mobile forum.  If this isn't the case, please let us know.

  With the Acrobat Pro DC subscription, you pouvez use the 'Edit PDF' function to change the text in a PDF document on a mobile device, if the following conditions are met.

  • Your PDF document to edit.  (Some PDF documents may not allow editing due to permissions and document encryption.)
  • You are registered under the Adobe ID with which you used to purchase the subscription Acrobat Pro DC.
  • You are using Acrobat Reader for iOS on iPad.  (The 'Edit PDF' function is not taken in charge on an iPhone.  In addition, please note that Acrobat Reader for Android version 15.3.1 or older did not support the 'Edit PDF' function again.)

  Restriction of anyone to modify the PDF using Acrobat | Securing PDF files with passwords will be possible using Acrobat free trial download Adobe Acrobat application | Acrobat Pro DC. Is not possible with the free Acrobat Reader DC application.
