Not able to post reply "Thank you."

I'm not able to post "Thank you" to the person who helped me last nigh on Apple Support communities.

When I'm ready to publish, then click 'Reply' - the red warning sign comes in "user"Grayn280"is prohibited publication of content - I'm not that person.". What can I do to send the response 'Thank you' to Kenichi Watanabe?
