  Port 19000 is the default if you use Apache as http server, if you use IIS as the http server it will run on port 80 by default, so you should be able to access it via http://hplan9202/workspace/index.jsp

• Not able to open the planning application after upgrade 11.1.2.2 to 11.1.2.3

  We have improved 11.1.2.2 to 11.1.2.3 Hyperion Planning.

  (1) I am able to properly connect to the workspace.

  (2) when I click on Navitage-> Applications-> planning-> my planning Application, I get the error message like

  An internal server error error communicating with the server.

  What I did on iis

  (1) reconfigured the Web server, still getting the same error.

  (2) I get the login screen when I use directly the URL of planning. http://localhost:8300/HyperionPlanning/Logon.jsp , but he said no applications are available.

  (3) I also crossed the Document Oracle (1394408.1) and added the path Variable, which is as below...  (Always make the same mistake.)

  The problem is caused by the lack of "$EPM_ORACLE_HOME/products/planning/lib64 / 'library of the variable $PATH."

  Add "C:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1/products/Planning/lib64/" to the variable $PATH

  Yes, it is a known problem in Hyperion planning. If you are drilling on the grid itself, it will show however.

  You use IE7, if so
  Tools-> Internet Options-> Security-> Custom Level-> windows Allow initiated by scripts without size or position constraints

  Opening of services by typing services.msc in the search bar and find the list of Network Service. Under properties, set it to automatic.

  Restore point:

  At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

  When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.
