Not synchronize files...

Hi all,

We almost signed our purchase order for this product and one of our testers reported a problem during synchronization of files from his laptop to Windows 7 with the version of 1.0.0 - 1028171 workspace that appears to be the latest version.

I tried to reproduce the problem and in fact have enough easily.

Unable to download Bouquet\bouquets.radio and 80 other files

Unable to download DisacterRecovery\ROLF_disaster_recovery.doc and 2 other files

Unable to download Docs\Exchange_2010_on_VMware_ - _Best_Practices_Guide.pdf, and 3 other files

Cannot download discount documentation\Drawing1.jpg and 6 other files

Cannot download Migration ISP\CMS1008321.doc and 11 other files

Cannot download .vbs and 21 other files scripts\CopySignatureFile

The workspace has no special restrictions. In fact, the COS is that by default with a quota of 5 GB of space.

Any idea on what could be the cause? Until now it was working fine so I put t get it.

Solved.

For all those to whom this can be useful:

on the computer, virtual data - goes in the file opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log, I came across this:

Code: service. FAILURE

.....

Caused by: java.io.IOException: no space is available on the device

Added an additional vmdk to vm data, restarted, it (otherwise extend your order does not work) and is/opt/vmware-hdva-install/bin/zca-expand-lv on the virtual machine.

After a little wait to develop complete everything is back to normal.

Then playback, am pinned which also pointed me the right direction:

When the virtual machine of Horizon Workspace data - va is configured, default virtual machine (VMDK) disks are configured. The size of all the VMDK configured storage is 175 GB. One of them is

configured to store BLOBs of data and default is of 10 GB.

  • Fonts and does not synchronize files

    I can't get the fonts or files to synchronize. I just get the spinning forever. I tried uninstalling the desktop cc application, clean and reinstall. Still does not work. I followed all the steps described here

    But it still does not. I am able to access my files online (and even add new files I could share), is not just to synchronize with the desktop computer. Typekit fonts synchronize either, which is a real problem. The tab just active fonts always and in-app, I get a message "Typekit cannot find corresponding fonts" (in the upper corner is a notification "Typekit is off").

    I am running windows 7 with CC 2.2.0129

    Found the problem and the Solution.

    So apparently the soft CC does not create the folder of CoreSync here

    C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CoreSync

    I'm on a network of offices, if something in this network system was stopping CC of the creation of this file. I have administrator privileges on my machine, but still it was not create this folder (even if install as administrator).

    SOLUTION: Manually created this CoreSync folder in the path above.

    After a reboot, everything started synchronization. Creative cloud libraries still don't work, but the 'Creative Cloud Files' folder is sync and I have all my Typekit fonts.

  • iCloud do not synchronize files or Photos

    I'm at my wits end here, but my iCloud suddenly stopped grateful files and photos that were supposedly downloaded.  I was synching my library for the last weeks of my iCloud drive.  Yesterday morning, I had 119,33 GB of my 200 GB storage plan available.    I could see in the activity monitor the program 'nsurlsessiond' has been downloaded and when I came home, had loaded 3.8GBs data.   However, my iCloud account showed still 119,33 GB of available storage.

    After turning on, I then photos enabled for synchronization, it usually downloads through the cloudd program.   I left for a few hours, came back and could see about 700 MB downloaded via the web for this program, but the available storage was always showing 119,33 GB available.  When I saw 'Of Photos' through the iCloud on the web, I could see that no pictures had transferred, the projection of number (4455 photo) even as iCloud uploaded a Photo.

    This morning, I tried again and could see that the process Cloudd program had transferred about 400 MB, but my available storage remains to 119,33 GB and still no refreshment in the Photo not transferred to 4455 and just looking at, I can see there is no update of the uploaded photo.    As I type I install Google Drive because it's just pathetic that iCloud just don't seems to work when it is connected to an Apple device, I use 2013 iMac with OS X Yosemite10.10.5 installed.

    Could you please explain more?

    I'm not sure what you mean by that:

    Where your photo library is stored?  You mean you want to keep the pictures library on iCloud drive?

    Or is your library of Photos in the pictures folder and you upload to iCloud with iCloud photo library?

    Your photo library must not be in any synchronized storage:

    If you store your photo library in a place that is part of a Cloud Computing service (for example, Dropbox, box or Google Drive), your library might be damaged by the synchronization process. So, you might lose photos.

    To see your photos on all your devices, you can use iCloud photo library. To back up your library, you can use Time Machine.

    I delete the database files CoreSync and it seems to have solved my problem.

    Leave the creative cloud desktop application.

    Reach:

    Mac:

    /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSyncSync

    Windows:

    C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\CoreSync

    Remove all *.db possessing (or a Variant such as * .db - wal)

    Restart the desktop creative cloud application.

  • Some files could not synchronize - WHY?

    I understand that certain characters/symbols are not valid during synchronization, but none of them do not contain file names for some of the icons I'm syncing!

    Here are the files in the folder...

    Hi Ashley

    I just found the problem! When I clicked on 'Show files' he took me inside a folder and displays the icons. I just looked at the name of the folder itself, and it was "software/App icons! He had a slash. So I changed to a hyphen and it is fine now.

    I noticed was my PC running Windows, one thing did not, there was a synchronization error, only the Mac.

    Cloud creative menu bar icon was a triangle of red alert, so I opened it. Assets > files area wanted the attention. At the bottom it said "some cannot synchronize files" with a link to «Read more»

    I click on the link, but I'm delivered to a web page that doesn't quite answer the question.

    What are the files failed to sync? Why?

    Thank you. The location of the log file was suggested in this thread was not where are my log files. On my system, newspapers CoreSync files * are found in the ~/Logs

    Looking through the newspaper "fail" message, it seems, the problem was the connectivity to the server.

    Thank you. Feature request would be to make the error message more informative.

    ACR will only synchronize intermittently and apparently randomly in CS5 and CS6. It worked great for a long time before. When there was still chat and or telephone support from Adobe, the technician took my screen and was told everything was working fine-it just happened to be the only time he's done it! I thought him and shortly after synchronization of multiple files still worked on and off the power, but not in a predictable way:

    Sometimes, all the synchronization files, sometimes nothing, sometimes the next folder down will be. It's extremely frustrating. Please help quickly!

    Awesome! Please check back... Hope it continues to go well. No, the reset does nothing to Photoshop. If you use the same keys on start up of Photoshop, then it will reset.

    If you do not see 'Tools', then you do not have your active 'Menu Bar'.
    See picture below on the activation of all the toolbars make life easier.

    Different methods of location of the 'account settings ':
    Via the toolbar "Menu Bar":

    • Tools > accounts settings

    Through the pane of folders:

    • Right-click on the name of the e-mail account in the folders pane, and then select "settings".

    Via "Menu Icon.

    • Menu icon > Options > account settings

    E-mail accounts IMAP see a remote view of the files on the server.
    You subscribe to view these folders in Thunderbird.
    You synchronize directories subscribed for a copy in Thunderbird.
    What you do in a folder for example imap: delete, will occur on the server, so viewing via webmail or Thunderbird folders appear identical.

    However, in your case, it seems that you have created a POP e-mail account.
    E-mail POP accounts can only connect to Inbox server and download server Inbox for the Thunderbird Inbox pop e-mail account.
    It's not a quirk of Thunderbird; This is how all Pop mail represents the work.

    There is a work around to get "sent" in the folder mail sent from server in Thunderbird. You just do it once, because when you send it through Thunderbird, it will put the e-mails in the folder sent TB pop mail account and not on the server.

    Thunderbird creates a "Sent" folder when first send you an email.
    So, if you have not yet sent an email, please send one, even if only to yourself.

    Then, move all inbox emails in the appropriate folders.
    You can create new folders to organize them.

    How to create a new folder:

    • Right-click on the name of the e-mail account, and then select "new folder."
    • Give an appropriate file name and click "create a folder".

    When the Inbox is empty:

    • Logon to the Web e-mail account by using a browser.
    • Move all emails "Sent" in the "Inbox".

    In thunderbird:

    • Click on 'Get the message'

    all the "Sent" emails must get downloaded from the server Inbox anto your Inbox in Thunderbird.

    • Then move all your emails in the 'Sent' Thunderbird folder.

    You should now have all these emails downloaded from the server and display in Thunderbird.
