not to install Flash
Tried to download Flash from the Adobe Web site, he gets to halfway through the installationUn, then gives me the error message that "Note: never a version already installed.
But he isn't, I can't play any web content that requires Flash - they all tell me to click on the button to install Flash - which I do, and it always ends with the same error message.
Help!
I would recommend following the procedure described in the FAQ below for a clean install

I told not to install Flash Player 11.8.800.94 on Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion) despite all the measures contained in the help of Macintosh Installation guide: uninstall previous versions, disable anti-virus protection, etc. Whenever I get a warning for both Safari and Firefox have attempted to facilities as follows: "error: General Setup error.» The only solution seems to be to reinstall an earlier version: 11.7.700.225
Any suggestions?

If you are not comfortable with the commands from the terminal:
Download here the program offline installation (right click and "Save as")
Quit all browsers
Go to: MacHD/Library/Internet Plugins... and if the Flash Player.plugin is still there 'trash '.
Then go to: Mac HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe and 'trash' folder Flash Player if it's still there.
Empty the trash.Mount the DMG and run the installer
Relaunch Firefox and it should work

I'm using Windows Vista system, browser Foxfire. I've tired several times to download the latest version of Flash Player without success. I get error message 'most recent version of Flash Player already installed. Basis of information in the section "help", I uninstalled the existing version of Flash Player. I keep getting the same error message even if no version is installed. I disabled the security system in case it was preventing the installation.

Firefox does play not any what Flash, even with the latest Flash installed
Hello
My firefox is unable to play any Flash for months.
Here are the questions:
1. If I want to watch videos on Youtube, it turns out to be just as black (by clicking on the video can trigger the icon well break).
2. If I want to watch a Web site with Flash, it just loads the first 2 seconds and then Flash freezes.I have read all the help information in the forum and tried several solutions (see below), but none of them worked:
-Uninstall and reinstall Firefox
-Uninstall and reinstall Flash:1) when entered Youtube without Flash installed, the website asked me to install Flash but it somehow ended to a failure so I had to manually download and install 2) after installing Flash, I also went to: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/. I can see the version info but not the animation of the banner - it just shows a red box and then disappears after a few secs.
-Reset Firefox
-Use mode browser safe
-Install the latest version of Realplayer
-Analyze the State of the plugin on the Web site: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/
-Disable hardware acceleration in the advanced option
-Regenerate the file "pluginreg.dat".I use WIn 7 (64-bit), with Firefox 24.0 and Flash11_8_800_168. I spent too much time on this issue and now I use Chrome to view the video.
Hope this can be resolved with your help.
Thank you!
-JefferyHi Jeffery, I'm not familiar with a lot of your plugins. In the event that one of them could have an impact on Flash content, could disable you any that you do not use on a regular basis? (Set to 'never activate')

Flash Player works on Internet Explorer, but not Firefox. I am trying to install
Flash 10.3...There are two different versions of Flash, ActiveX for IE version and the version of the plugin used by most other browsers.
1. download the Setup file of Plugin Flash version here:
Adobe Flash - Plugin version.
Save it to your desktop.2. close Firefox using file > exit
Then check the Task Manager > processes tab to make sure that firefox.exe is closed.
{XP: Ctrl + Alt + Delete, Vista: Shift + Ctrl + ESC process tab =}3. then run the Flash configuration from your desktop file.
4. run Firefox and test your installation here: https://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
- On Vista and Windows 7, you may need to run the installer of plugin as administrator by starting the installation program via the context menu if you do not get a UAC prompt for permission to continue (that is to say that nothing seems to be happening).
See this:

Plugins, which shows is: getPlusPlus for Adobe 16290.
In extensions, there are: Adobe DLM 1.6.2.90When trying to download FF plug-ins, 'allow' arises.
All I get is "install missing plugins".Shockwave installs.
I don't like the Adobe DLM and it is not necessary to install Flash. I prefer to use manual installation programs, for details, see http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/191/tn_19166.html#main_ManualInstaller

Flash Player will not work. It will not download
Hi Janny1,
JavaScript should not have to turn off. Try to completely uninstall Flash Player and then reinstalling the most recent version. For instructions on how to "completely" uninstall a Flash Player, read this Adobe Help article. If you have not installed Flash Player, or you have just uninstalled the Flash Player, download and install the latest Adobe Flash Player, available in the Adobe Flash Player Download Center.
1 clear your browser's cache and cookies on your computer.
For Windows Vista users: If the uninstallation and reinstallation of flash does not work this maybe due to a Microsoft Windows Vista permissions issue. Please use the Windows button below on the left then the search function:
o go to: C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\
o right click on the following file: FlashUtil9b.exe or FlashUtil9e.exe
o select "Run as Administrator" and install the update.
o your computer.

I bought a Windows 8.1 today and wish I hadn't! It's a pain to use (I had a Windows 7 previously). None of my games of Cossacks work on windows 8.1 either and I've tried them in compatibility mode. Is it possible to install Windows 7 on my new computer and replace the disastrous 8.1 version?
I would like to point out something that you may not realize: Windows 8
has two interfaces; the modern/Metro Interface (which may be all the)
you have looked at) and the traditional desktop Interface. You can use
one or both. This traditional desktop Interface is almost
identical to the interface of Windows 7. the biggest difference is that
There is no Orb start clicking to bring up the start menu. But note that you can get the ORB start by using one of the many
third-party programs, are free or very cheap (the classic interface
http://classicshell.sourceforge.NET/ and debut8 to
http://www.stardock.com/products/start8/; my personal preference is
Debut8, but they are both very good). And goes from an interface to
the other is very easy; There are several ways, but simply by pressing
the Windows key is perhaps the easiest.Just install one of these two and using the traditional desktop computer
interface may be a better choice for you than going to Windows 7.
I use Windows 8, almost exclusively with traditional workstations
the interface and with 8 Start installed. If you were to look at and use
my computer, you may have a hard time realizing that it is not
Windows 7.
I also recommend to read "how to make Windows 8 or 8.1 watch and.
Want Windows 7 "to http://www.howtogeek.com/elk/298/45121/4206
I can't address the issue with your games, except to say that
whenever you move to a new version of the operating system, some of
which is used to run on the former does not work on the new. And it's
much more likely with utilities and games with companies
applications. -
Install Flash does not recognize my password
I am trying to install Flash Player update on my Mac - OS 10.11.5 - but when I entered my password it will not recognize it. I even changed my password to Adobe where I was doing it wrong, but it will not recognize the new password. I tried different versions of my user name - according to my profile on my Adobe account data, but nothing seems to work.
Hello
It's the OS, not Flash Player to ask for the password, as such, it is one you use (with administrator permissions) to connect to your system. See what userid & password I need to install Flash Player? For more information
Thank you!

Download &; install Flash player does not complete
5 - 6 times, I downloaded and installed Flash player.
Step 3 of 3 has only 1 option
the only option is to buy some cloud product, for $9.99 which I don't want.
(It is not obvious option to complete the installation without buying.)
Leaving the result in the same loop of '... need to install the latest version of flash player... ' messages.

Manage the modules view by default, the currently loaded modules and if there isn't any Flash content in the active tab, the add-on is not responsible. Don't forget to choose to show "All the Add ons" to show the Flash Player ActiveX (ranked Shockwave Flash).
