  Can Eloqua send me (or others) a notification e-mail when someone enters a stage of the action to the program? Or when someone is following a certain path on a decision stage? And it could contain information about the user?

  Hi Rob,

  Inside the program Builder, you can configure an action step to send a notification, but not in addition to any other action.  You might therefore be able to implement so that (using your example of decision rule) to hit the 'yes' the first step is the notification then the next step is the true 'yes' action, or a similar to the 'no' set according to what you're trying to get information from.  You can do either by configuring a normal e-mail message to hold the info you want, and then Quicksend email to a specific user and use domain merges to get information about the person who is going through step.  Or you could use the 'send members report to the owner of the process"and configure it to contain what you need.

  E-mail is not triggered through workflow mailer. We have configured the notification workflow. All 3 components of the Workflow Manager are running

  The problem is with and send us mail using telnet and mail triggered successfully. The same is not get triggered through workflow.

  We did the telnet to the smtp server of the concurrent server.

  Telnet 172.15.7.20 25

  We are able to send mail successfully using [email protected] . We received the letter. I have a screenshot which I can not attached it.

  SMTP server is windows server and is configured for simultaneous server and am able to Telnet to competitor and no application server.

  Here is the configuration made envelope of workflow.

  outgoing e-mail account

  Outgoing Protocol - SMTP server - which I am above for telnet

  the name of the outgoing server - smtp server - which I am above for telnet

  Incoming email account

  Incoming - IMAP protocol

  incoming server name - name of the concurrent server - where I'm able to telnet to the smtp server.

  Sender of the notification is also come without any question though mail is not have triggered.

  Please suggest if I'm missing something or that I have to configure something else.

  Detail ENV-

  Version of DB - 11.2.0.4

  Apps vesrsion - 11.5.10.2

  Both are on linux. SMTP server is a windows server.

  Apps and simultaneous are separate server.

  The issue was due to incorrect smtp server. We put simultaneous server node information in the smtp part.

  After the smtp server ip address, mail to fires.

  Of OAM, go to the 'Site map' > Administration tab > Workflow > parts Service > Mailer Notification Workflow, and then click view log.

• Mail will not "let go" of attachments I send

  When I drag a file on the desktop to an e-mail and send it, I do is drag the file from the desktop to the trash, but whenever I just empty the trash (even if it's a few days later) I get the error message that this file is used by another application. I can empty the trash by abandonment of post or using the option delete immediately but surely Mail should not continue to use the file?

  I tried and got the same behavior that you did. It shouldn't happen, and I suspect that maybe it's a bug in the mail that doesn't let the file. It seems to have been fixed in the GM Sierra.
