  This looks like a problem maybe caused by adware on your pc. Please go to firefox > addons > extensions and remove any suspicious entries (toolbars, the things that you have not installed intentionally, I don't know what purpose they serve, etc.). also, go to the windows control panel / programs and remove all toolbars or potentially unwanted software from here and do a scan of your system with adwcleaner.

  If you mean that start > all programs no longer displays an entry for 'Accessories', then all that is removed is a set of shortcuts you can easily recreate (assuming that it is not in your basket).  The actual programs that are related to 'Accessories' are still there.

  To check, click Start > run, then type each of the following in the box run and then click OK

  Notepad.exe--> should start Notepad
  mspaint.exe--> should start painting
  cmd.exe--> should open a command prompt window

  You can only remove the button in the toolbar you right-click to open the dialog box customize. Any other action will result in the forbidden icon that you describe.

  To do this please try these instructions:

  1. Open the Application folder
  2. Firefox-click and drag the icon to the doc (do not let go to click up to)
  3. Let go of the icon in the doc
