  It would seem that Nuance has answered your question.  The X 3 elite works under Windows 10 Mobile, and Nuance says "Dragon does not work on W10 Mobile".  I expect that the logical conclusion is "Dragon does not work on the Elite X 3.

  To be honest I've never seen this error message and I think it s a problem with Windows XP.
  I put t know if you have installed all the patches available for Win XP or not but I really recommend you update the operating system to the last State.

  A few days ago I installed the XP SP3. It was a beta version, but it works very well.

I tried to fix this by reinstalling the victory program dvd I got with the laptop but I received a "serious error" message, "this is not a qualified toshiba machine" + 16 bit subsystem ms - dos "C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe" (next line)'(next line) 'C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt the system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS or window applications. Ive got the error of subsystem ms - dos 16-bit before just now when try to install something else, but thought it was because of the compatibility programs.

  Your problem seems to be that your operating system is not the OEM of Recoverz from Toshiba version because the delivered WinDVD CD only works with it!

  The best way to solve your problems is to recover the laptop and install the Toshiba WinDVD, but before you do this save all your important data as it will be deleted!

  After this procedure, your system should work fast and stable!

  I used PDFPenPro for years. It is extremely useful.

  I've never used Nuance, so I can't comment on that.

  Since the machine has no internal floppy drive, I used a USB FDD to ASR backup. The main backup is located on a USB HDD and the recovery disc has been created in the USB FDD.

  When you try to use the ASR utility to restore the system to a new HARD disk, it fails with the message "Could not find a floppy drive on the system" even though the player is clearly the machine starts. There are many references to this issue on the Microsoft support, but none of them specific enough to help.

  Thanks in advance for any help!  After the upgrade of 10.11.1 to 10.11.2, my bluetooth subsystem seems to have disappeared.  Bluetooth no longer appears in system preferences and information system now lists "No Information found" under bluetooth.  I did a reset of memory NVRAM and SCM, as well as the boot in safe mode and also remove com.apple.bluetooth.plist.  Nothing did.  My machine is a Mid 2015 15 "retina, i7 2.8 GHz with Radeon graphics option.  Any help would be appreciated!

  Reset the SMC (again) - that almost always corrects missing bluetooth problems.

  FWIW, Bluetooth is available on my system after updating to OS X 10.11.2
