  I don't know any with XML so apologies if the answer is trivial for many.

  I want to compare the same object of 2 diagrams to find the differences. I thought about using DBMS_METADATA with XML, examples of the documentation.

  I use a PL/SQL block, because I want the comparison ignores patterns. My version of DB is 11.2.0.3 standard edition (so I can't use DBMS_METADATA_DIFF).

  I started my process with TYPES.

  That's what I've done mainly so far:

  My problem as you see is with the XMLDIFF function. I thought that he would return NULL for XML identical documents (even if the documentation never accurate!), but it seems that the return value is not zero, while XMLCAST shows nothing and DBMS_LOB.compare can find no difference.

  So, how to test for no difference using XMLDIFF?

  Function XMLDiff() returns a Xdiff document, which is an XML document containing the insert/update/delete primitives describing the differences.

  Even if there is no difference, it always produces a Xdiff document with no primitive.

  All you have to do is to test if the document contains primitives.

  XMLExists function can be used for this task, for example

  To answer the underlying question to know why XMLCast returns an empty string, it's because XMLCast simply extracted all the text() nodes of the document and throw to the specified SQL scalar data type.

  When the Xdiff document describes no difference, there is no node text(), only a single root of vacuum ('xdiff') element.

  With the new update installed Flash, I can't video to work on ESPN (like many of you report) through native browser of the Xoom. However, when I use Dolphin HD (also currently installed on my Xoom), videos on ESPN playing very well through the new Flash Player! This next test tells me that some browsers can handle the new Flash function differently. I couldn't find all the sites that Dolphin HD would work with and that's smoother playback of Flash than the native browser.

  Which did not have the video play, but ESPN then gives me the mobile web browser and let's me know it's not optimized for mobile! I get back to "iPad" UAString normal when ESPN site, but will not play the video. The Flash video will play on other sites with the UAString defined as "iPad." In the Dolphin browser, it behaves quite differently, all sites are not mobile and play videos.

  Sorry I tried to see if this has been covered on another thread, but did not. I do not use my bb for businesses like 90% of other users here and am more aware with the device like most which means I like things simple. I basically just finds out and send a few emails a day and text a lot as well as surf the web.

  I went from the curve for the "BOLD" to the torch for a year and a half. I like my keyboard and the navigation ball. Many of these threads of reading can I assume that the Q10 screen is much smaller then the torch?

  And how easy is the Q10 to navigate?

  Also, I do a lot of group textng, to that I felt reading other threads, it is a problem?

  Regarding the size of the screen. If your torch screen is 100%, the Q10 screen is about 70%.

  There is no ball or paved track, so all navigation is done with touch.

  I've never done Group SMS, so I can't comment on that.

  You have only a 300w ATX PSU (Power Supply Unit), then you will need to update if you plan to install a good graphics card.  Check the manufacturers minimum power required for the card you decide on getting.  As for the CPU, it does not require the upgrade - the graphics card is what causes your performance problems (in the games).  I would like to spend more money on a power supply and graphics card and leave the CPU alon (so far )

  There is a problem with some Flash games does not not in Firefox 40. To see if the game you are playing is affected by this issue (asynchronous loading), you can try this modification of the parameters:

  (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press enter/return. Click on the button promising to be careful.

  (2) in the search above the list box, type or paste the IPC and pause while the list is filtered

  (3) double-click the preference dom.ipc.plugins.asyncInit to change its value from true to false

  I don't know which begins to take effect immediately, or if you leave Firefox and start it again.
