  If you have multiple users on your desktop, then while a user is on the login screen, click on the down arrow shown here in front of your name. Lists all users on the computer. Make sure you are the administrator of your system.

  You can share a folder on your XP by the listed method: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/304040

  Others have an option to connect to your pc as a guest, to make interactive you will need to click on start-> run, type &-> gpedit.msc

  Navigate to Computer Configuration-> Windows settings-> Security-> Security Option settings. On the right side, look for-> ' access network: model sharing and security for local accounts "-> double click and select-> classic-Local user authenticate.

  Now another pc you can access this computer and you will be asked for the username and password.

• Question on planning user id

  Ask a question about planning user.  We are on 11.1.1.3.  When a user logs in the planning of the use of the data forms, Essbase Sessions shows a session for the user named admin (as opposed to the id of the user).  When the same user uses ad hoc analysis of SmartView, Essbase Sessions presents the session with the user's network connection.  Just curious to know why, when the user is in planning using data forms, Essbase Sessions doesn't show them with their network connection.  THX.

  Planning will connect to Essbase by using the account defined in the planning data source and not with the user who is logged that is why you will see the admin in the sessions.

• A few questions a new user.

  Good afternoon

  While I've done graphic art as a hobby for a long period of extreemly, I am much a student for example when it comes to photoshop, who had just recently. So please exuse me if my questions have simple answers, I have simply yet to find.

  I am currently using gimp and photoshop CS5, I use both since soome things simply, I don't know how to do it in photoshop.

  (1) sometimes I use gimp to set the transparent color on an entire image to try to capture some aspects of an image as strengths or shadows to put in another picture.

  an example would be that, say I have a flame in darkness and can be seen in the background Silhouettes. I want to eliminate all the black to capture the flame and the gray/highlights. How to define the transparency layer to remove all or part of black in the image.

  (2) how can I measure a layer / and keep the center of the image?

  (3) how to make a picture of custom paths and brush it follow?

  4 when I have a brush along a path is it possible to have auutomaticly turn as the road turns?

  I have answered two of my own questions while engraving, so I guess for now, I have two questions. I don't know that I'll have more time ticks on. Thanks for reading.

  What I usually do is:
  1. create a new variable - based on the schema for your output XML doc.
  2. make a "copy" - mapping your first field of the doc XML source (using the syntax that selects the member based on the active index-meter) - to the created above the output of the new variable field. I use the method described in section 3.15.3.1 of the 10.1.3.1 BPEL Dev Guide - using a rear x-path query (see below). But if your syntax for the part 'from' works - that's fine - just use it.
  3 operations of 'copy' additional as needed for your other domains (like number 2 above).
  4. make an "append" - mapping the repetitive element (of the new variable) on the left in the parent of the repetitive element (the output variable) on the right.

  Your output variable now shouldn't be crushed every time - since you would use a statement append adds to it.

  So using your example below - you would have something like this:

  If you sign in to Windows with a Microsoft account, you must use a password. Your password allows you to secure your account, any PC, connect you to or which applications, settings and services that you use while you are connected.

  If you don't want to enter your password each time you connect, you can create other connection options to use with your account, such as a PIN or a password photo. If your PC has a fingerprint reader, you can also connect with a fingerprint.

• Win10 Desktop shows never "connected" while the user is logged

  We have a bunch of floating swimming pools 10 windows and they work fine. We also 1 pool standing/manual with a single machine virtual of Win10 inside (came from the same master-image).

  Strange thing is, that this one specific Windows 10 VM still shows as 'available' in view 6.2.0 admin.

  The user who owns that VM can connect fine with his client to view. But it can connect * once *.

  While it connects, works. Disconnects, and then tries to reconnect, but customer barks that there is no available jobs. Meanwhile, the virtual machine appear as 'available' in admin view. In fact, it never shows anything else.

  Only when the virtual machine is turned off, it will say "Agent unreachable" as it should. But apart from that, it shows as 'available', regardless of the actual state.

  The administrator or the user must restart the virtual computer to be able to connect again from each second attempt on and go, causing the error "no available offices.

  At the same time, the user can resume the session still running with RDP (bypassing effectively view) as often as he wants. The problem lies only in the view.

  This virtual machine is running on the same subnet that brokers connection so firewall issues are out of the question. And brokers see the VM when it starts and change "agent unreachable" to "available". So, there is communication between the brokers and agent of this virtual machine (all v6.2.0).)

  Any idea?  This behavior began a few months ago. Previously, it worked fine. The virtual machine is highly personalized and can not be put away and rebuild. I have re-installed the view Agent and the VMtools and done all the obvious troubleshooting stuff. I'm puzzled.

  Can you double check that wssm starts correctly inside the user's session?

  Usually I can figure out how to use a program, but the mysteries of VMWare Player escape me.  I want to do one last thing on PC Win 7 I am finalizing my mother (http://communities.vmware.com/thread/320855).  With his degeneration macular, even with magnification, she can't see the tiny 'X' (or whatever it is another small) to close the player before you Win 7 (she insists on the turn on your PC).

  I would like to place an ICON on the desktop of Windows XP which she could click and stop the virtual machine (and Win XP).  While she could stop Win 7.   I'm afraid I can't find out how to proceed.  Can someone tell me how?

  To satisfy my curiosity, that is not really important, the following also left me speechless.  I created a shared folder on the host via the VMWare Player settings, active sharing this folder on the host computer, but I can not locate this folder when I'm in the guest operating system - no matter where or how I am looking (I hate Windows 7, by the way - guess I'm getting too old too...).  How can I find this shared folder?

  The short answer is to use vmrun to suspend the VM.

  Take a look at: Using vmrun to control Virtual Machines

  You need to install the VIX API for this.  VIX API 1.10.3 software download

  Then create a shortcut on the desktop of the host using the following example:

  "C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware VIX\vmrun.exe" suspend "C:\Users\WKZ\Documents\Virtual Machines\Windows XP\Windows XP.vmx"
  

  Note: If you are using the 64 bit version of Windows 7 change "C:\Program Files\... "to" C:\Program Files (x 86) \... ". »

  Also deleted example with 'stop', as it should have been 'stop' and you can use the "stop" with the "soft" option and it must perform a controlled stop however to suspend aid will allow the virtual machine so that it starts more quickly.  (Refer to the documentation, vix110_vmrun_command.pdf.)

  For bbm and email you could always encrypt the data, but I think it's overkill for this period of the APA.

  I read elsewhere that the power settings changing standby and Hibernate should do the trick, but so far they have failed.

  Most laptops will give you the option to do nothing, sleep, Hibernate or stopping when you close the lid. End the session is not normally available. However, you can select the option that requires the user to enter a password when the machine is awake.
