  Hello, the product key is normally printed in the retail packaging or is sent in the confirmation email in case you made a digital purchase. However there is a support forum for the mozilla firefox browser. If you continue to have problems to get the desktop software to work, please contact support Microsoft instead since it is their product.

  I'm not really a computer person and I don't have any real problems with my laptop lately, up to what has happened. I have a Dell 1525 Insiprion, if this is useful, and I've owned it for 6-8 months now. The document appears white, but the rest is messed up. I can still type and everything it's just incredibly boring. I have installed the latest updates colors appear the same as they always have, and makes me worried to update one of my documents.   Run the Office Diagnostics utility
  In Word, click the Office logo in the top left, and then click Word Options. In the section resources, run Microsoft Office Diagnostics by clicking on diagnose. Follow the instructions in the wizard.

  If you still get the same appearance even after diagnosis, test opening Office in safe mode and post your results:

  Adobe Acrobat Reader is free, it shouldn't charge for continuous use.  Packages of creator Adobe (Adobe Acrobat Standard, Pro, Pro Extended) cost money.  Microsoft Office is often loaded on a computer as a trial package.  You need to follow up with Sony on these items to make sure if they sent packets of the trial or fully paid packages, and if they are supposed to be freed from the packages that your only relief must come from Sony - we cannot help you here.

  If you want to convert Word files to PDF with the Adobe Reader application then it is possible with the service Pack of PDF. Try to use the service on the web: https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf

  If you have the Microsoft Office CD, try to uninstall Microsoft office and re-install.

  Try this (sorry for certain translations, I'm not using an English version myself):

  • Open the menu of Microsoft (round button at top left)
  • Click Word Options
  • Choose Add-ins (not sure of this term)
  • Select the Acrobat PDFmaker Office snap
  • At the bottom click on Start (not sure of the term) next to manage...
  • Don't forget to activate the complement of Acrobat (it should load at startup) and confirm
