On 2015 (6.3) bridge output module - Windows 64-bit

I realize there is a thread for the same problem on OSX - I just want to make one for Windows users.

I can't load the module output in bridge - I downloaded the ZIP file that is necessary for 6.3 and installed the file/folder, as I have always done (as it reads) when necessary.

I even had the pop-up within Bridge at the opening of this new after the update- but the output module is NOT displayed.

I hope that this is addressed soon!

Thank you.

Hi Kevan,

Please make sure that you have followed the below the article carefully.

    Bridge Extensions folder see screendump

With a wild guess (as a Mac user almost zero knowledge on Windows) I see the difference between your files in bridge extensions and mine (on a Mac) is that on my system, the file called 'AdobeOutputModule.workspace' inside the folder called work spaces and not directly in the folder extensions of bridge.

And is there a particular reason why you are still using the 32-bit versions, all has been developed in 64 bit, some time ago. Keep in mind that the newer versions require much more for the minimum required specs for your computer then a few versions ago.

  • Bridge output Module - no Web Gallery

I installed the version 6.3 of the ADM on bridge CC 2015 and still cannot produce anything with the Web Gallery.

Installed output Module and tried to create a web gallery. Pictures selected, went with the selections by default and tried Preview in the browser. Safari offers a blank page. Tried other models Web, same thing, until I have try the HTML that gives me something on the page but the thumbnails are empty. I click on one, and Safari crashes.

    Hi Dale,

It is a known issue and we are working on a solution. In the meantime, if you could try the workaround mentioned below.

Please, put yourself in the following folder and double-click index.html to preview:

    Mac OS:

    • In the Finder, navigate to the users / [user name] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/Bridge CC/Adobe Output Module/MediaGallery/previewInBrowser1/index.html

  • CC bridge output module crashing

    Hello

I recently upgraded the bridge to the latest version and installed the Adobe Output Module according to the information here: https://helpx.adobe.com/bridge/kb/install-output-module-bridge-cc.html

The problem is when I went to restart Bridge and open the program, it bounces once as if he is about to open and has a small dot below and then immediately blocked (stops bouncing, dot gone).

When I delete the folder with all of the Workspaces folder preferences and just leave the file .workspace, Bridge opens, but obviously the output module will be empty and unusable.

I'm on a Mac (10.10.5) with the most recent version of the bridge.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

    Hi devonh,

Please reset the Bridge preferences and then try it.

    Measures

Start Adobe Bridge, and immediately press Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS down) until the dialogue box reset settings appears.

Select all three options - reset preferences, reset Standard Workspaces and all miniature Purge Cache - and then click OK.

  • CC bridge - output modules Installation does not

(This was in a 'answered' response. Try as new question).

    Hello

I have a problem with having the output Module works as well.

According to the instructions I did everything correctly. Install Adobe Output Module

    I:

    1. Copy the folder Adobe Output Module (not the folder AOM_Package_ [OS]) in the bridge CC Extensions folder in the appropriate location:
      • Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Bridge CC Extensions

    2. Copy the file AdobeOutputModule.workspace in the folder of workspaces under the bridge CC Extensions folder.

When I place the bridge workspace file AdobeOutputModule.workspace doesn't stand at all. If the Module is in the same folder as the BridgeCC file, then there is no change in whether or not the bridge works.

In addition, I do not. ['-$$ $AdobeOutputModule.workspace "in the name of \Users\[user] \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge CC\Workspaces folder. All I see are

    1. !! -$$$ Essentials.workspace
    2. !! -$$$ LightTable.workspace
    3. !! -$$$ Navigator.workspace and
    4. !! LastMenu.workspace

    Help please. Other ideas.

    Thank you

    Mario

DEKRA, if you do not see the! -File $$$ AdobeOutputModule.workspace, which means the output module is not properly installed on your machine.

    I suggest you:

    • To check if you have the administrator rights on the computer, if not, log in with the admin account and.
    • Bridge Reset workspace: in Bridge, choose window > Workspace > reset Workspace
    • Download the appropriate package of 32bits or 64bits AOM and be sure dé-compresser or extract. Have seen issues like these, if users do not extract the files.
    • Now copy the folder Adobe Output Module (not the folder AOM_Package_ [OS]) in the bridge CC Extensions folder in the appropriate location:
      • Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Bridge CC Extensions
    • And now to copy the file AdobeOutputModule.workspace in the folder of the workspaces in the bridge CC Extensions folder.
    • Launch bridge and check if you get the message "the extension of the"AdobeOutputModule"bridge has been added to the bridge.
    • Also, make sure that the user has full permissions read/write on the folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe.

Let me know how it goes.

  • CC bridge output module

where can I find the "workspace" file copy "AdobeOutputModule.workspace" under C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe bridge CC (64 bit)?

    Hey Ute,

The folder "Workspaces" isn't under C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe bridge CC (64-bit). Here is the correct path:

    'C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Bridge CC Extensions\Workspaces'

We just released an update (version 6.2) for bridge CC. I recommend to install the update and tries to install the output module later. Please note that all available on the help page output module has changed, so you will need to download again from the updated help page. Here is the link:

  • Adobe Bridge output module

When I installed bridge I couldn t CC build a webgallery because I didn t see the menu "get out" is there any vacuum to the right. I did what I read I should do, download the zip file and install them in the extensions Manager. But it didn t work and I've tried everything they suggested to make. Still didn t work! But I still have Bridge CS5 and here I can do the webgallery or a PDF with pictures. How come he doesn´t work in bridge CC?

Do not forget that Adobe Output Module is officially abandoned. We could add it back on but it's not supported (which means that, if it does not work, Adobe has already washed its hands of this one).

In my own experience, AOM died with 10.10. It doesn't work on my system either.

There are two directions, you can go at this point: put images into Lightroom. The big advantage is it with LR CC (v. 6), they have galleries web html5 (not flashing). The other alternative is to use the 3rd web part galleries, you can try looking for them in Adobe Add ons.

Sorry, I feel your pain because I get bored of AOM as well.

  • Made settings and output module - Windows 7 default file location?

    Hi all

Confession: I'm generally confused about render settings and output modules, so forgive me if this question seems stupid.

Issue 1: Where AE stores the default render settings and output module files (I'm on Windows 7)? I want to save a copy of these in the case where I spoil them, but can not find the folder. I think these are files .aom and .ars, but I just upgraded my CC 2014, lost all my custom settings and to save the default values before as I have try to load my various custom files to see if I can recover my settings. When I get *.aom or * .ars, I can't find the settings to 'default' of late in 2013 (I think there is a more recent version somewhere.)

    Thanks in advance,

    Lori

They are in the same folder as the file of the General preferences and the keyboard shortcuts file. You can open this folder by clicking on the button at the bottom of the Preferences dialog box.

But there is no need to save the default values. If you delete the render settings or output module settings file, After Effects will recreate just the default values.

  • AfterEffects CS4 Crash on Output Module Windows Media

After sitting on hold for 02:15 yesterday, I still have to discover humans work support, so I turn to this forum...

I own CS4 Production Premium on an HP Z800 with sp2, XP64 and 16 GB, nvidia quadro fx graphics card 3700.

Since installing several months ago, I was not able to use the rendering in After Effects CS4. When an item is in the record that, in selecting "Output Module", and then selecting "Format" drop-down, as soon as I release the button of the mouse on the "Windows Media" option, AE starts a routine predictable crash.

    crash1.jpg

    crash2.jpg

    crash3.jpg

Whatever the project, it's the same result.

What is remarkable is the fact that I can run Adobe Media Encoder and make perfectly well to this format. But it of a middle man clumsy when I really would - and should be able to encode the project directly from AE, no SOUL. First also renders perfectly in this format as well. Only AE seems to crash upon activation of the Format-> that Windows Media fall down.

I installed the 9.0.2 was last updated. I installed various MS. WME packages I uninstalled and reinstalled several times after all. The last alternative is to abandon the machine for TI guys to set up a new installation of XP64 again.

Sure would be nice if I could talk to a support technician or get help to solve this problem ;-)

Here's a thread that may help:

    http://forums.Adobe.com/thread/429333

There seems to be some problems with Windows Media presets.

Here's a thread on CS3 that seems to indicate the same thing:

    http://forums.CreativeCOW.NET/thread/2/971962

I found these threads with this research.

BTW, I'm not saying that it is related to this problem, but notes that 64-bit Windows XP is not one of the operating systems that we recommend for After Effects. Here is the Configuration page required.

  • Try to install the output module - file Extensions bridge CC

Followed intsructions for installing the bridge output module, but there is no bridge CC Extensions folder in the library as suggested:

      • Copy the folder Adobe Output Module (not the folder AOM_Package_ [OS]) in the bridge CC Extensions folder in the appropriate location:
        • Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Bridge CC Extensions
        • Mac OS: / Library/Application Support/Adobe/Bridge CC Extensions

      • Copy the file AdobeOutputModule.workspace in the folder of workspaces under the bridge CC Extensions folder.
