  Currently, there is no way around the field email forms of the Muse. Another option is to have a look at Jotforms or another third-party provider of shape that Muse has widgets for.

  I use Adobe Acrobat X and create a forms natively. We do use LiveCycle.

  So I created a form with several fields, buttons a date picker - which some I found online.

  The forms that I will create will be placed on the Intranet of the organization that I work for.

  So what I need, is for our users to fill out the online form. Press the submit button. When they press on submit the form must block all content. We don't want content edited when it reaches its destination. Present it button will also display, the default e-mail program fill out the TO: field with a specified email address and the scope of the topic with specific text.

  The form must reach its destination in PDF format.

  Been stuck on this for a while. I used some simple html with the button submit for a while and who has worked for the most part except the part about shape locking.

  So if someone can java me a solution I would be very happy.

  I wrote an improved version of the mentioned code. This version completely flatten the file when it is used in Acrobat, but it will just make the fields read-only when it is used in the drive.

• Online form to allow clients to submit a web application and create "Catégories" and affect one area secure the data provided?

  Is it possible a customer filling out a form with some information, that adds data to a web application - but at the same time it creates 6 x 'categories' and affects an area secure web application that has been submitted (by selecting a drop down current secure areas).

  That's what I'm trying to do.

  I have a client that handles the different places.  They download media THAT PDF reports in British Colombia through media downloads and fix them so only those with the correct secure area members to see.  It is then the client has a web application that lists all of the locations.  Each of them has 6 x sets of unique documents that must be downloaded and read by site.   Currently I have added 6 new categories in the admin settings, then go to the web application and manually add the code for the category of support library code appropriate.

  Ideal process:

  1 / the customer logs on to an online form to create a new location - they fill in a few fields of info (name or location, address, etc.)

  2 / they choose a "Secure Zone" that the location belongs to a loss of worms down

  Form 3 / hidden fields and then creates 6 x new categories and place the ID numbers of the category in the web application for the location

  Think I'm too ask a lot... but you never know?

  Don't know how to go about this configuration, create categories of the front-end webapps and secure zone allocation is not something you (as a visitor of a site) can do.

  There is nothing you can do about it. Report the problem to the organization. They should fix it and send you a new version of the PDF file.

  You can choose to use one of the thousands of available HTML / PHP or HTML5 / AJAX forms to achieve this.

  In addition, Godaddy has a default FormMail script that you can use to get what you want. It is available on their Site Control Panel dashboard.

  It goes without saying - you'll be customize the fields to what you want for your 'ATM' instead of the 'contact form' by default

I checked on another computer with Firefox and the option is there on this site. I checked on Internet Explorer on my computer and it is also.   I configured my portfolio page and was delighted to learn that you could add a form of contact rather than having to reveal your email address in the world. It is just an issue.

  
  The email address that I use for my Adobe ID is not my main job email, I use a secondary address. Whenever I created the contact form he began to send emails to my secondary address, when in fact, I want that they arrive in my Inbox from hauptwerk.

  
  I changed my Adobe ID to my primary address to see if it works, but no joy. emails are always landing in the wrong Inbox.

  Hey Angus! You can change the e-mail address that you want to use by following these steps:

  1. place the cursor on the contact form and click on the pencil icon that appears in the upper left corner

  2. click on customize

  3. then click on the Options tab of the form

  4 change email address

  5 valve

  I can't use the form results online as they are, if I am able to redirect to a page I'm building?

  It would be nice to be able to hang out some information and display it, but I think that's not possible.

  It is possible to change the appearance of the results web form. Then I stripped the BC classes to created a class 'exploitation' for the shape and style of all items within this category held to appear when I want that they.

  Forms, results and the Confirmation page all now perfectly mix in with the design of my site. Then, I went and did the same for all system stripping emails all of the look of style without real ugly in British Colombia out of it.

  You will find them in the section and system email Messages (or you can do all your work in DreamWeaver, as I do a little less obvious to drill down to these elements of DW)

  I was testing a contact form for a Web site, I put live. I sent a test of submission to a co-worker, fill in the boxes 'Name', 'Email' and 'Message' (name and email address are required).   The email form is coded in a php file that is exported when you generated the code through Muse hard. There is no output in the way of the box to change this e-mail and applies by default to the e-mail address that you used to connect to Muse. I will recommend you to post this as an idea in our section of ideas, the ability to change the email address when the site will be transferred to a third-party server that is not BusinessCatalyst, ideas for features in Adobe Muse

  As a work-around for now, you need to change the e-mail address after each export before loading on the server. You can find this in the php file that sends the form to, check the form action url.
