  I only noticed recently. When I save a Word document as a PDF, it seems the spacing of the police of some words change a little. I'm sure that's not for lack of Word. The spacing is fine in Word. Also, I stripped the police formatting in Word and tried again, but the problem persists.

  Try to replace the press or the print job settings before creating the PDF file. Task parameters are available in the properties of the printer for printing and in the PDF Maker preferences for the other. Save it as a PDF is probably just the PDF Maker from the save shortcut menu and must create an identical result. Alternatively, you can try to compare the WORD of MS plugin for creating PDF files. The latter has some problems, but it is still a useful tool for comparison.

  You can open any WORD file in Acrobat format? Otherwise, it's probably a limitation of Acrobat on the Mac. On the PC, you can simply use the option to combine in the file menu to create a new PDF. The WORD document conversion uses the PDF Maker option installed in WORD that should work, but it's the same process as the opening of a DOC or DOCX file directly in Acrobat. There is limitation with the compatibility of the different versions of OFFICE and Acrobat who could be another question, you meet, but I don't know the combinations to a Mac. Only, this gives you some ideas to consider. Some of the users MAC maybe more later to give more thoughts.

  You can rename the file in the Finder and add a .pdf file extension if the vehicle currently has a .php file extension.

  Better still is to check the file name when you download and save a file to make sure that the file has the correct file extension to avoid these problems.

  Create a file association.

  1. download and save the attachment to the office.
  2. right click on the saved file.
  3. Select: Open with on the shortcut menu.
  4. click on: choose [default] program.
  5. Select: Adobe Reader.
  6. check: always use the selected program to open this type of file.
  7. click on OK.

  This should allow you to open these attachments directly from email address now.

  Make sure acrobat 8 is compatible with the version of MS Office applications, Adobe Acrobat PDFMaker and compatible web browsers & OS requirements system Adobe Acrobat.

  Open Acrobat 8, go to the Help menu and repair the installation. Make sure you also that acrobat 8 is updated.

  emma22 - I agree completely.  If it's working now so that, by far, is so important. I'm sorry they removed some of your previous features and I wish I could find a workaround but when it comes to their Web sites, how they save their faxes and contacts, among other things, I found that a suggestion of e-mail may be useful to reset the numbers or PIN codes , but that's all I usually ask them based on what others have told me.  I want even once, I could have done more, but I'm always happy to help or try.  Thank you for being very informative with me your experience. I really enjoyed that a lot.

  Adobe Reader does not install a pdf printer. The full version of Adobe Acrobat'd.

  Word has its own pdf creator. It is found under file > export.

  With Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can not. At the very least, it requires the full version of Acrobat, and even in this case, it can be difficult.

  Your best bet is to do all the editing of the original document (not the pdf) and then create a new pdf from that.

  Hello, when UN pdf text it opens in zoom 101%. I changed the format en 75% then recorded again the doc then me sent back it. At the opening it's always 101% zoom. Comment do pay ensure me that my correspondents receive the pdf en 75% zoom as I wish?  It seems that the problem is at the level of my software and no doc level.  Thanks for your advice

  I can understand your concern & help get this problem is resolved.

  Please follow these steps: -.

  (1) set the zoom to your value of your choice then click on the Edit menu.

  (2) select Preferences on the menu drop-down.

  (3) the Preferences window will appear on the screen.

  (4) choose the 'Documents' option in the categories on the right side.

  (5) check the "Restore last display settings when reopening documents."

  6) click OK to confirm the changes.

  

  Now this will save all your settings look one & will be automatically applied to the reopening of the documents

  This command is an internal function of the word. It has nothing to do with Adobe.
