• OK to mix 'of connection to the switch"and"close relay switch?

  Hi all

  I'm developing a test sequence using the card multiplexer 2527 to the track signals.  To configure the card, I use DAQmx switch functions.  In my application, I have a Subvi routine that imports the data from a spreadsheet Setup and run a loop for to set the configuration for each step (each iteration of the loop contains the channel for 2527 card information).  The topology is set on the first iteration, as well as the configuration of the path to the first string.

  My concern is this: I need to close the extra channels/relays without changing the topology or resetting the device.  In the first round, I use "connection to the switch" function to set the initial path, (ch0 to com0 for example).  Then in subsequent iterations of the loop, I use "Relay close switch" function to close the additional channels individually (for example k2).  In the end, when the measure is taken, both ch0 ch2 must be closed and routed to com0.  This implementation is so sure, or am I somehow to make the adjustments to the initial loop?

  I would like to test this with the hardware, but it is not yet available.

  Also, I realize that I could use independent topology and configure all relays individually for each step, but I hope that my approach will be easier and safer.

  It's OK to mix 'of connection to the switch"and"Close relay switch"If you understand what's happening below. "Switch Connect" connects two channels by closing a path of relay between the channels, then "Close relay switch" can be used to change the State of the individual relays. If you are not careful you can mess up your connection by activating / deactivating relays that are part of the route connecting your channels.

  I try to use the /close switch with media player 12 on windows 7 32-bit o/s, the media player opens and plays the file but does not close after the reading of the file.

  Sorry, my mistake. You're right, you do not see the menu system default items in makeMenu. Instead, you override getMenu, call super.getMenu () and then search & delete. The ordinal is 268501000 (it's a hack, because this number may change).

  I think you should resolve your question a little differently. I suggest that you add your own Application Switch menu only if the OS does not provide its own, as the point provided operating system will work better.

• What is the point of the iCloud/AppleID so songs purchased through iTunes still need to be "saved" in this era?

  I'm trying to fix the HP Pavilion G7-2022US laptop from a friend, the number of product B4Z74UA.  The laptop starts in Windows 7, but the screen is dark even during the BIOS or by MAIL.

  Symptoms:
  Laptop turns on but the LCD screen stays dark (during the POST and when Windows loads)
  With the help of a flashlight on the display shows that the video is present but the backlight does not work
  The video can be seen on an external display connected via VGA cable

  What I've done so far:
  Installed a new LCD screen cable
  Installed a new LCD screen
  Update BIOS
  Updated graphic driver
  check that the lid close switch works (small magnet under the screen that signals the motherboard to turn off display when the lid is closed)
  Static discharge by keeping the button depressed with battery and power adapter disconnected
  Checked if RAM could be bad

  I tried all the solutions above, but the screen remains dark.  The only way to use the laptop is to connect it to an external monitor.  I disassembled the laptop together and there is no inverter part to replace.

  I don't know what else to do.  Any suggestions?

  I finally found the culprit.  A circuit of (possibly a fuse mounted on surface) on the motherboard next to the display cable connector is visibly burned.  The circuit is too damaged to solder and close the connection.

  Thank you for visiting the Forums HP's Support and welcome. I read your thread on your HP Photosmart C6180 printer and saw issues of power. Plug the power supply directly into a wall works and in the computer. Do not connect it a power strip, surge arrester, or secondary power source because they may cause this problem. This should solve your problem. No damage occurred, that it is a failure of communication and just need to restart or reset.

  I think that this problem may be due to my poor concept in Java. Please provide some tips.

  Note: The class DEF is a listener of bluetooth device discovery. I run in debug mode and make sure that the code executed at these lines open the accelerometer. But all return null. So I can't treat more steps.

  My target is to detect the orientation of the screen and the limit to this complementary process direction.

  The issue is due to bad I opened the channel as a channel of raw. If it throws an exception in the getorientation function.

  I try to open and close relays on the pxi-2503 or-Switch with a 0 or a 1 entry in the node of relay action. I am trying to replace the constant control of opening and closing by a 0 or 1. The digital input is respectively 20 and 21, these integers they control relay. How can I change the values 0 and 1. I deleted the order of opening and closing of the driver itself and connected an integer constant in the pilot I32 node. I made the mistake of saving it.   Starting from the example VI, you need not to change anything with the VI relay control.  All you have to do is input a 20 to open the relay or a 21 to close the relay.  If you work on 0 to close and 1 to open you can have him in place so that opt-out of the control of the 21.  This way, if your control is to give a value of 0 you get 21-0 = 21 enter the VI of relay control that will close the relay.  If you have a value of 1 from control you get 21-1 = 20 go to the command of the relay which will open the relay.

  When you change your application, the close method is not pushed directly so I think that you look elsewhere this

  Try to use the Application Switch with an application example - say the sample HelloWorld application.  I think he won't, which suggests that the problem is in your application.

  There are three places to look:

  (a) the Application disable method is pressed when the request is sent to the background.  Maybe you have coded it and it closes the application

  (b) you have a certain type of background processing controls (isForeground()) and reacts according to what it finds.

  (c) in the method onObscured() to one of theFields/screen on the display at once.  .

  Other than that, I think you're looking for a general bug in your application.  The starting point is to look at the debugging log when you do this - look for anything from your application you consider odd.
