ORA-00959: tablespace "_ $supprimé $ $3 0' does not exist.

One of our Backup Database is upward; one of my colleagues it custody of the children, but I just stumbled on something strange. The below error continues to appear every time I have to try and create a new table.
ERROR at line 8:
ORA-00959: tablespace '_$deleted$3$0' does not exist
I tried to get the error on google without a bit of luck and MOS.

Kind regards
Phiri

I don't think your example to adapt in the case.

So in your case as you have seen, your storage space is as _ $supprimé $3 0 one.

I do not think that the tablespace OP created with such a crazy name, look at me the bug described in the note, from bug of the following:
1. create the TBS one
2. create TBS b
3. remove one TBS
4 rename TBS b to a

  • ORA-34492: analytic workspace object < cubename > _STORED does not exist.

I have problems to access the data in the cube of one user other than the one where the AW will be built.

Here's what I did to the user 1:

    1. create two AW in user-1: AW-1 and AW-2.

    2. create all objects in these two AW

3 AW-2 is dynamically linked on the setting of the AW-1 by PERMIT startup programs. Please refer to attach several AW

4 refreshed the two AW for loading data

    5 ALLCOMPILE - no errors.

    6. created some views SQL on User-1 which basically ask the views of the underlying cube. I have also a few queries using the olap_table option.

    7. all my querries work very well at user-1. I can access the data of 1 AW and AW-2.

However, we provide access to views abstract SQL above by user: user-abs. In 10g, everything we did was grant select privs to all tables of $ User - 1.AW and also on all views sql. That would leave user-abs recover data from user-1 ice all.

I'm not able to get the ABS users to do the same in 11g. We encounter an error stating that there is no such thing as the workspace object < cubename > _STORED. The cubename to what it refers exists AW - 2.

I select given privs on all tables of $ AW, views of dimension, views of cube and the views sql abstract but the error persists.

I tried to search this forum but did not find all the useful leads. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

    Database - 11.2.0.1

I think I understand the problem, and I have at least one solution for you.

Your PERMIT_READ to USER-1 program. AW - 1 tie USER-1. AW-2, and as the attachment of part of this process, we must implement object for all objects USER-1 security. AW-2. For example, if you SELECT for X-USER-1 cube access. AW-2 but no access update, then we'll run the following

    REVIEW X_STORED
    PERMIT TO WRITE WHEN FALSE

We run so essentially involving them objects OLAP DML USER-1. AW-2 as part of the PERMIT_READ on USER-1. AW-1. It strikes the restriction documented at PERMIT_READ I mentioned in my previous post.

You don't hit the problem when running as a USER-1 because USER-1 automatically gets all permissions on the objects he owns, so we try not to run/PERMIT to take into ACCOUNT.

You don't hit the problem of setting USER-1. AW-2 directly because the object security is applied outside the context of the PERMIT_READ on USER-1. AW-1

You don't hit the problem if you have connected the USER 1. AW-2 and then withdrawn because (I think) USER-1. AW - 2 remains in a State of 'attached soft' after the initial attachment and we does not apply the security of objects that we have "attached soft" back to "hard Attaché".

The solution is to grant all types of object security on objects of the AW-2 USER-2. This includes not only the SELECT, but also the UPDATE, INSERT, etc. Just give everything in the AWM dialog for all dimensions and all the cubes. Once you do this, the second user should be able to connect wihtout error because there is no need for us to CONSIDER/PERMIT.

I don't know yet if this should be considered as a formal bug or if this is the expected behavior by the people who coded it.

3.) start the application, make sure that everything is more recent and correct.

  • ORA-00959: tablespace 'EXAMPLE' does not exist

    Hi all,

I'm not a DBA, and I'm very basic level with oracle database technology. I want to study to get OCA "SQL Fundametals I" certification.

For this reason I downloaded the "pre built' virtualbox machine with oracle database 11g r2 installed, but I have not found the EXAMPLE of HR and OE schema that is used as a case study for the certification.

Googling on the internet I found that it is possible manually install the schema example.

In the $ORACLE_HOME/demo/schema, I found the mkplug.sql. Run this file with sqlplus I insert the 11 request parameters but the High Representative, OE, and another example of schema are not correctly create.

The error I get in the log file is: ORA-00959: tablespace "EXAMPLE" does not exist.

Please, can someone help me on what are the exact steps to do before running the mkplug.sql file?

Research on the internet I found that the solution is the following: either we create tablespace EXAMPLE in the target database, or we use the datapump REMAP_TABLESPACE option to redirect objects to a different tablespace.

But I don't know about do. Please, can anyone tell me not away in all simply elsewhere what I need to do?

    Thanks in advance.

ndiquez backup file of the database ENTRY for the EXAMPLE tablespace as parameter 9:

Enter the value 9: example01.dfb (not full path)

    Of course, that won't work.

Why wait for work if you provide the wrong file name and path?

I ask you SPECIFICALLY what the name was, and what extension was

    / DBCA/templates /' | ' example01. DFB', done);

That was probably the wrong post. Most of the default extensions are "DBF", not "DFB".

Your data file EXAMPLE01 exist? What extension does?

You said that the extension is "DFB" and I ask you to double check that. That's what you say.

Yes, there are the data EXAMPLE01 file. It is located at the address: u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/orcl/assistants/dbca/templates. Its extension is .dfb (EXAMPLE01.dfb).

You have CONFIRMED that the extension is "DFB" and NOT of DBF.

You MUST USE THE CORRECT ACCESS path, name of FILE AND the EXTENSION.

You have confirmed that the file ' is located at the address: u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/orcl/assistants/dbca/template'. But while you did NOT provide this path in the prompt.

If a file is named A, and you must provide a name of B would you expect to work?

If the file is located in the directory X 123 and you provide directory P789 would you expect to work?

As I said earlier the IMP (import) statement will take a file source and COPY to the destination location, add the metadata of the database.

She did this so that you ALWAYS have the original source file to use again if you want to a different database.

You must follow the instructions of the example and provide the NAME AND path to FULL ACCESS to all files.

How to find which table or view or other objects, referring to this particular space?

Or create this particular tablespace will allow me to export successfully? But before I will recreate I want to find what objects is still referencing this particular table space... Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

I created all the data of the same files as the old database. so when importing all users will be created

In my first test I didn't create all the users before importing, just give this command all users imported without any errors.

Assuming that 'data files' mean 'spaces', are you sure that all the storage spaces have been created (including temporary)?

I did the same thing to dozens of times (not with a version so old, I must say), and I got these errors when some tablespace has not been created.

    Thank you

After changing the logging level for 32 track, filled with the SQL log file.

The application consisted of a JOIN with two or three tables table (dba_users and dba_quota_tablespaces).

After providing privileges select on the quota table, I was able to learn from the user.

    Thank you
