  I have a database of cloned... when I'm lance the emca command (drop or recreate) it takes old path of the instance to the location of the log...
  
  1. I want to set the location of the log of the current cloned instance.

  When you install Oracle R12.1.1, the database version shipped with it is 11.1.0.7, is if there is a way to install Oracle R12.1.1 with DB R11.2 directly without needing to upgrade DB of 11.1 to 11.2 after installation?

  Hi, Ahmed.

  You must manually set the following:

  The ORACLE_BASE environment variable must be set accordingly.

  The ORACLE_HOME environment variable points to the new 11.2.0 Oracle home.

  The PATH environment variable includes $ORACLE_HOME/bin and the directory where the new perl executable is located (usually $ORACLE_HOME/perl/bin).

  The LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable includes $ORACLE_HOME/lib.

  The $perl5lib environment variable points to the directory where the new perl libraries (usually $ORACLE_HOME/perl/lib / [perl version] and $ORACLE_HOME/perl/lib/site_perl / [perl version])

  So, here's what you need to do:

  -Open a new terminal

  -Env variables set as follows:

  $ export ORACLE_BASE =

  $ export ORACLE_HOME =

  $ export PATH = $ORACLE_HOME/bin: $PATH

  $ export LD_LIBRARY_PATH = $ORACLE_HOME/lib

  $ export $perl5lib =

  Once you set the env variables, issue "env | ranking"to check.

  And, "what sqlplus" should be referred to the $11.2.0.4 ORACLE_HOME/bin/sqlplus

  Yes, you can merge two or more invoices... Infact the invoices that belongs to two different vendors can also be merged...
  All this can happen to the addition step of mass, not not after the asset is created in the current module...

  I'm working on a modernization project in which Oracle HRMS R12.0.6 is already being implemented.  There are 2 groups of companies as the company operates in the geographies.

  I see that in R12.0.6, in the definitions of BG, the following details are configured related to empl/entrepreneurs of numbering:

  Employee: Automatic using the overall sequence

  Contractor: Automatic using the overall sequence

  Applicant: Auto (since iRecruitment is also implemented)

  Now, when I do the configuration in R12.2.3; While creating 2 BGs, initially, I kept the definitions of BG as

  Employee: manual

  Contractor: manual

  Applicant: manual

  This is to ensure that, used conversion has yet to take place.

  Now my requirement is how to change this manual-> automatic numbering using the overall sequence (of course after end if the conversion of the employee)

  Pointers please?

  When I submit an active Service , it appears in the editor as submitted, pending review
  Once accepted, it moves to subject under review
  and once reviewed, updated and saved, it moves to the "Saved" folder
  
  BUT the folder saved contains a series of subfolders that correspond to the values of AssetFunction
  
  I'd rather see the subfolders based on AssetType - e.g., Services, Applications, Interfaces etc.

  I have successfully installed R12.1.1 in Windows XP and connected to the Vision with no problems. But after restarting my PC, I am unable to restart (I don't know how to restart) services.
  I see the other threads that talk about the same scripts in Linux environment.
  If anyone knows - how to start and stop the services of R12 in the Windows environment, please let us know.

  The by-requisite for R12 on Solaris Sparc 64 is check hotfix and recommended a patch
  When I run the command to see the fixes cursor back and show nothing. His watch that the patch is not installed.
  Where can I download the patch and how I installed these patches before you install oracle ebs 11i.

  If you issue 'ulimit - a', you should get a list of all limits, you have in the system as follows:

  If you want to set the ulimit for everything above, use the option next to the name, for example:

  To set the locks on files, deliver--> ulimit - unlimited x
  To set the time cpu, issue--> ulimit unlimited t

  We intend to implement a R12 apps with 11.2.0.3.
  As I know that when we install 11gR2.scan oracle listener and scan vip was created in GRID_HOME. The listener to scan comes with the default port.
  
  
  As R12 by default comes with 11.1.0.7. According to oracle note ID - 823587.1
  
  We must follow the procedure below.
  
  srvctl add listener-l listener_ebs o < ORACLE_HOME 11 GR 2 > < port EBS database > Pei

• Oracle R12 ERP login page does not show?

  We have Oracle ERP R12 12.0.6 running on the IBM AIX operating system with single node configuration server. These last two days, suddenly the login page does not appear for a few minutes. Once I bounced the level apps, it's ok. The database alert log shows this error "ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcbzwb_4], [], [], [], [], [], [], []. What it means? For the analysis of level apps, where can I find the log file? Is - this $INST_TOP/logs/admin/logs/appl/ora/10.1.2/forms or elsewhere?
