  Looks like you might be confused about what do models DW (.dwt files).

  Model DW are not used by the server, they are only used locally by DW himself. Download a .dwt the server does nothing for the child pages on your server.

  When you change a .dwt file, DW asks to update all the pages associated with it (you might have broken depending on whether the error). When you click "Update" DW changes all child pages associated with the .dwt locally. You then download all of these child changed pages.

  The .dwt itself needs to be on the server, if you plan to share it with someone.

  If you do not use a .dwt, could you explain your workflow a little more in detail?

  I thought being smart and transfer my library of Photos to iCloud by car so I can access all my devices, but now the pictures won't open it. If I move just back off iCloud drive to any where in my regular Finder file system then pictures is perfectly fine opening of the library. What the heck!   Yes... I think the library should be 'local' to your Mac. It can live on a USB key and maybe even a network drive, but I do not expect any level of performance with her on the cloud. If you think you can avoid to keep your phone synchronized with iCloud and still have access to all of your library, it won't work.

  Apple don't tell you not to do it, but they said this without mentioning iCloud drive...

  To be honest, a power surge can vary from all electronics just stopped, or completely destroyed.

  One possible cause is a problem with the places.sqlite file that stores the bookmarks and history.

  Contact the manufacturer of your laptop as there must be a way to restore the computer. There may be a hidden restore partition.

  The problem of fluidity can be the result of a graphics card problem:

  Try to uncheck the box in the preferences > performance > graphics processor use, then by restarting Photoshop. If this solves the problem, check with the manufacturer about a possible update.

  If you change the motherboard that you normally have to reinstall vista

  your hard drive if you ever reinstalled vista contains the drivers for the old motherboard etc.

  and if vista is pre-installed you can not put the motherboard unless you do so in collaboration with the computer manufacturer

  If a retail license, you can change the motherboard

  but you will normally always reinstall vista for reasons
