Oracle11g controls database - Page Performance does not show

I installed Flashplayer15 for IE9 32-bit OS. It returns the error during the review of the performance page. Could someone pls help.

Platform: Win2008(32bit) IE9

Using W2008 32-bit or 64-bit? 64 if I think that you have both versions (32 and 64) installed IE, try to use the 64-bit version.

Why don't you use IE on the server? Access the the DB url control on your pc/laptop.

    Looks like you may have a virus or other malware. Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.
