Origin of the Message Notification "a technical review processor error has occurred?

Our installation is v6.1.0.3 and we have received notifications every night with purpose "a record review processor error has occurred."  There seems to be two different results of message and I would like to know if anyone knows what causes this type of notification.  We do not find correlations to the actions of the users when these messages are sent by servers.  Thanks for any advice.  -BeckieC

It's to do with the latest revision get features.  This service replaces relations specification when a new approved revision is.   What is replaced by this service is controlled by the icons of lock next to the name of the specification. You can find more information about these services on page 1-22 of the configuration guide.  If you do not use the latest revision get, you can configure this feature off the coast.  I don't know what is causing the connection request time out, but I hope this will help a little.
