Installed more recent Flash Player, message "an error has occurred" on most of the Youtube videos and other media does not

After you have installed the latest version of Flash Player, on the YouTube videos, I try to read the message "an error has occurred. Please try again later. "appears. In addition, on sites like Tumblr other media, such as audio and videos uploaded, play not at all - it's just a white space where it should be. This set works fine in Chrome.
I have tried everything I can think of - I deleted the cache and deleted cookies, updated all plug-ins, uninstalled and reinstalled Flash and Firefox, disabled Ad-Block, he ran in Safe Mode and navigation private, restarted my laptop a couple of times - but none of this has worked.

Try turning off protected in Flash drive mode.
